Great communication, showed up as scheduled, addressed a few additional things that were needed. For example, our motor failed. Well, my attention was on the motor. He also suggested that the electrical flex conduit and connections to it needed to be replaced since it was severely cracking-which totally made sense. His knowledge and experience are apparent. I also appreciate that he installs reputable equipment that doesn't result in callbacks. He also replaced the rubber seal rings as his standard protocol. Cheapest part but a lot of other companies don't do this. When it comes time for us to replace all of our equipment, this is the company I would go to for advice, new equipment, and installation. You know it will be done right. Thanks Jason!

I agree Alex was very kind and spent his time attempting to fix the issue. For that reason you can…read morekeep the diagnostic fee to cover his time and effort. However your excuse of being unable to fix the issue is insufficient. On the initial service it was clearly stated which parts were replaced and the reasoning was communicated to the serviceman. If anything it should've helped the diagnosis as the heater had multiple problems that I replaced. Jandy did not troubleshoot with the technician during the visit. The service call went past 5 and the technician said they were closed. He said he would email them and get back to me which he didn't until I reached out to him. Transformer was melted and shorted the board which was replaced. Igniter and sensor was broken and was replaced. I don't think replacing these obvious issues should throw off your diagnostics. If anything if these things weren't replaced it would've caused a longer diagnostic process, multiple service calls and delay waiting for parts. It got to a point where I ran out of ideas and that's why I relied on your 15 years of expertise and was disappointed with the outcome, especially since the issue was something fixable

Wow! ...Just WOW!…read more Caleb did an absolutely outstanding job, once again, cleaning our pool tile and really puts his heart and should into his work. A true artist, he is really absorbed in his work and makes sure it turns out right. We have used his services twice and we can really see the difference and so can others who visit our home. The built up residue from the pool needs to be cleaned and as a pool service person in my younger years, I tried, but can't match the work that Caleb and Cutting Edge Tile Cleaning does. I always take a pumice stone in with me to work on the tile when I swim, but it just doesn't work. This service is well worth every penny and we are now, once again, ready for summer swimming in our pool with the beautiful tile that we paid a lot for, originally. Like anything worthwhile, you have to take care of it and keep it clean and up to date. Just look at the before and after pictures and you will see what an outstanding job he does. And I cleaned pools for a living at one time! I know how hard it is to keep clean. His method is safe and clean and leaves the tile clean. His clean up afterwards if nice too. Noting left behind and everything back to normal. He does it all and does it right, with passion. Mahalo Caleb and great job.
