I finally was able to find an Instagram page that appeared to be more or less up to date and indicated that Monday was the one day they close at noon. It had a bit of a off or old oil taste that I noticed while I was eating the doughnut. On top of that, the blueberry flavor was not that pronounced. What I did like about the donut is that it had great texture-- was crispy on the outside while still remaining fluffy and light on the inside. The donut holes were by far my favorite thing. They were light and perfectly not too sweet. I could literally eat a dozen or two of these at a time. While the shop itself is not the most clean, this can be forgiven as you can tell that it is aone-man operation.
