I've never had to wait in line more than a couple minutes, am ALWAYS greeted with a smile and - here's the element most missed anywhere else - am treated with respect, given a "please" and a "thank you". I've been to this FedEx countless times, mainly to print things but occasionally for shipping. The self service printers were out for a month or so but are back up and running. If they're occupied or not working, the folks up at the counter have been happy to help print things there or take a look at the printers. I think only one time I'd had an issue with using my own card stock at the self service printer and didn't realize the mistakes were all being charged to my account, despite someone coming over to help me. It was nearly $20 of failed prints or misprints and I didn't realize until I got home that she hadn't removed those from the bill while trying to solve the problem. I went back the next day and they refunded it for me. The two women who I've seen working here are helpful but not always very pleasant to deal with. The guys I've seen are always nice and helpful and greet me when I come in. They keep cool when there's a crowd or rude customers. I'll keep coming back for my printing needs and appreciate their help over the last couple years.

Counter person charged me $11.18 for a "Laptop box" which was actually just a normal weight 17x17x8" box. (I was shipping a vinyl hanging bag with clothing). I was charged $2.85 for "pack materials" (108" of box tape) and $2.57 for "pack service" (he unfolded and taped the box; I put the bag in the box). I questioned the materials and service charges and the response was to basically ignore me. Next time, I will drive the extra few miles to the Scottsville Rd. location. Pretty easy to understand why its rating is so much higher than Campbell Ln! Based on the response from the business, I am even more confident in my rating of one star. Either the one responding didn't even bother to read my review or he/she is okay with charging for products/services never rendered so overhead can be covered. What an absolute moron!
