So then we branched out to local dealers. I scoped out United's website first to get a sense for what they had, cross checking prices across other stores because they didn't have prices listed at the time. I assume due to the massive sale they were running. Found something in stock that we liked and got it at a reasonable price. We're happy. So far so good. The in-store experience was great. We weren't pressured into anything. I asked about treatments etc for pets and got the skinny. Reasonable prices on the treatments. Delivery also reasonable. The sales staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice to sit in the show room and test the prospects. Thanks for doing such a great job, UF&A! Great to finally stop in to buy something after seeing your commercials for at least a decade.

The gentleman that took care of us Shaquille was so knowledgeable about everything , what we wanted, what to do , showed us all these different things never tried to pressure us into anything he helped us. He even wrote down everything that they promised us how we'd be charged and told me to take it home with me because if I got anything different, I was to come back in and show them what it was promised me . I thought that was amazing!!! Any question we asked he had the answer!!! I think this dude really needs a raise!!! The manager at the store was amazing too very friendly very helpful. I couldn't believe how smoothly everything went. I told them that when we left Verizon for AT&T, we did AT&T inside of target and the girl told me how I'd be paying like almost $80 less a month, etc. etc. which wasn't true. I was paying the same thing I was paying Verizon. When I went to the AT&T store, they told me well you shouldn't have went through target because they're private and the people in there are private so what she promised you ...,sorry. I thought that was disgusting. Then AT&T said we can give you some discounts but you have to join AARP, your husband has to fill out forms saying that he's a union person, etc. etc. and I just thought that's not what I was told but I was stuck so once our phones were paid off, we got out AT&T and I love T-Mobile so far! We even got T-Mobile for our Internet provider $70 cheaper than what we were paying to Spectrum . And it's all on one bill so we made out with two free phones, one free Apple Watch and our Internet provider all in one bill for over $120 less than we were paying Spectrum and AT&T. 5 Stars? They deserve 100!!
