The Seller wasn't responding to my emails. Amazon was helpful, but still had a brand new chair just taking up space--power recliners don't do anything without "power"! Hired help aka Russell was professional, caring, personable and efficient. He showed up ahead of time and did everything he could to make sure I could recline by the time he left.
