Work at home, have kids and live in modern world, that wasn't going to work. Told by dish that is ALL, when used up they purposely slow u down to dial up speed. Spent months complaining that 10 was insufficient and completely unrealistic. Dish offered to sell us 1-5GB for 15$. So for the next 4 months we pd extra. Unfortunately, the additional GB did not last and the internet was unavailable to us. Even in the beginning of the month when acct was refreshed seldom could we download anything . The internet simply did not function. We called, they ran tests on line, we called they said sorry...finally enough was enough we called to cancel and they chg us 87.50 for breaking 2 yr contract. They will NOT acknowledge that they didn't deliver and waive fee even though we planned to keep cable. Just kept repeating like drones sorry and pay. Done with company and lousy service. They lost a good customer and really don't care cuz they have all the power. Think again directv is coming Monday and blue grass cellular provide 100GB for 40$ and people who care. I recommend staying far away from this money grubbing co.

Cable company only open 8-4:30, M - F. so if you work it's not easy to accomplish anything with your account. AT & T, open 7 days a week, most days close at 9 pm (better access). 2. When there were issues with the service (I never got it going when having service? With them), I called several times and nothing worked to get the Internet going. I still got the bill, but had no service. 3. With the cable company, I finally figured out I could drive to another city that had better hours to return the equipment. But, they could not cancel my service and when I finally got it cancelled, they tried to charge me for the "free" equipment. They only took it off my bill, when I showed the. The receipt of return. 4. When I went to the office to dispute the bill ( I took a vacation day), since I never received any service I was told the reason it didn't work was because nobody "turned it on at the pole". So the numerous times I tried to set it up by myself, and the numerous times I called the help desk to get it going were futile attempts. Although I was billed for a month of service and equipment. 5. I went to AT &T after I got off work one night, signed up for Internet, set up an appointment for them to install their fiber optic system. The guy showed up, asked where I wanted the wiring to be installed and explained the options. He installed it and two hours later called to see if I was having any issues. Won't be going back to cable any time soon.

While the associate was trying to help me, she rudely interrupted and demanded to know "what he was doing". He said an upgrade. Obviously, questions about the new phone are not permitted. If I were to consider the rude and unprofessional attitude of the store manager, I would no longer be an ATT customer. I strongly recommend that you use another ATT store as the management in this store is ill-suited.

So we decided to go with a new Internet provider who offered us the same speed I think even a little faster for $50 less a month. When I called to cancel my service the girl almost hassled me and wouldn't let me off the phone because she was push pushing push pushing push pushing that I should've stayed with them and how much more they could save me yeah for how long a couple months and then I'd go back to paying you even more I know how you work spectrum. Anyways, when I went to return my equipment, there was about six other people returning equipment and you have to wait in line punch in your phone number and sit there until they call you and what adds salt to the wound? They only had two people working so I went once and left because I had eight people in front of me and then I went back about three hours later and I still had three people in front of me. Some we're still there from when I was there earlier. The only reason I gave them one star was that the man who waited on me was super nice. he was an older gentleman. The young guy kept walking around, trying not to wait on anybody with people sitting there waiting to be waited on just to turn in their stuff so maybe spectrum should wake up. Look at what they charge people and how they treat their customers maybe you wouldn't have everybody returning your equipment
