Place is short staffed and they are taking 60 dollar diagnostic fees in before repair. I had to contact them 3 different occasions and pay up front for a repair in a two week span. All three times I talked to someone different that had no clue about what was going on with the problems internally. As a matter of fact they recommended that I come and pick the MacBook back up and they would suggest some local shops that could possibly fix internal problems because the soldering tech had quit a few weeks ago. You would think by the name and the description they give that they do something more than screen replacement and broken back glass. My problem was that my phone locked up while doing a restore. You would think that they should have some kind of diagnostic software if they are doing repairs. They told me to get a new phone or take it to Apple. They are doing phone repair but only the gravy work. yuck ! read more

Consumers beware, this business does not honor their warranty. I had an iPhone 11 screen replaced here with an unauthentic screen. There was issues with touch not being responsive from the beginning, but now the LCD is going out. They told me my phone had impact damage, but there have been zero incidents. I take good care of my iPhone, always have. I don't think it's a coincidence that my LCD screen is going out after the work was done. Issue was (respectfully) brought to their attention by phone and in person, but it was not resolved. So I'm out the $170 on a phone that's not paid off yet. Extremely frustrating. read more

I was referred to this establishment through AT&T. I went to the store and told the person there that my phone just went off after working just fine that morning. He didn't check it or anything before he immediately said that it had a deep scratch on the screen and that it has probably fried the motherboard. He didn't offer to check it or anything. Then I asked him if there were any way he could check it for me and he went in the back very briefly, came back and said that it was only pulling a 10% charge and that I'd need to go through the insurance company to get another phone. He wouldn't even help me with the claim because my phone was the only means of getting on the internet. I left the store in tears. When I left, I went to see my son, where he works. I couldn't get the phone on any way I tried. He got it, did a hard reset, pulled up a cache management widget and cleared the cache. It is working just fine now. My son is a technician but most people just call him a mechanic. He repairs vehicles at a dealership. He is the one that fixed my phone and it didn't even take 5 minutes. Apparently the guy working at this store either doesn't know what he's doing or he just didn't want to be bothered to help me. When I left the store I went back to AT&T and told the young man that I had spoken with previously about my experience. He took my phone, rubbed his finger over the "deep scratch" and told me that he couldn't even feel a scratch at all and that is what they go by when someone is wanting to trade. I would try my hardest to talk anyone out of going to this place if they can keep from it. Horrible, horrible, horrible experience!!! Do NOT recommend! read more

I have brought my iphone here twice to get the screen fixed (I'm a clutz), and they've fixed it both times the same day. They're a little pricy, but you pay for what you get, and it is well worth it! I recommend them to all my family and friends! read more
