I knew Sean would not refer me to someone who didn't trust and both times I've been in there. They have been courteous, efficient, and helpful. The first time, I was looking at almost $100 for a new cell phone battery, but they cleaned the port and worked on the phone a little to try and carry me over since I wasn't able to afford that at that time. Fast forward six weeks and I was still limping along with the phone although it did need the battery. I took it in today and they replaced it while I waited. I noticed they had a very steady stream of customers in and out. Jose waited on me the first time and Nino waited on me this time. Both of them are knowledgeable, friendly, and have very good interpersonal skills, I especially noticed today that Nino was dealing with a challenging customer who had limited English, and although I didn't know the entire story, he was firm but very polite with the gentleman the entire time. They also cleaned my phone up and made sure it was shiny and the port was clean when I got it back.

Since I'm a Bestbuy Ultimate Member I figured I'd use geek squad to trouble shoot some issues I had with a digital scale I bought from Bestbuy. I wait an hour and get up to the desk where the guy goes, "do you want a refund? If not we don't do trouble shooting on anything other than laptops." Which is not true. I've been a bestbuy member for years and I've been to multiple Bestbuys across the country with cameras, drones, and other tech. They've always at least attempted to help me. The second time I went to this store I was helped by a nice guy in the computer section, so hopes were high it would be a decent visit, but then when I go to check out I run into the most none caring cashier I've ever seen. She was unable to find my Bestbuy account and after finding my account. It didn't even make sense. After her just deadpan staring at me in the eyes I just say, no worries I'll just pay for it with my debit card. This is be the last time I go to this Bestbuy.
