I went to that dinky place in the mall and they wanted to charge 230$ to fix my screen. The guy CLEARLY didn't want my business. I remembered that batteries plus fixes phone screen due to an ad put out. I stopped by, walked in and spoke with a representative. I told him I had called the other day and was quoted 149.99. The computers had gone down and I was very patient with them. I could tell they appreciated me as a customer just standing there. After looking up the replacement part to my phone, he said he couldn't fix it. Bummer!! The manager, who I could tell was a genuine businessman, didn't want to lose my business. He told me that, if I was ok with it, he would take it to a neighboring store to have them fix it and bring it back. Lo and behold, I have a working phone. I applaud the staff for their ability to go above and beyond what they should have done!

All three times I talked to someone different that had no clue about what was going on with the problems internally. As a matter of fact they recommended that I come and pick the MacBook back up and they would suggest some local shops that could possibly fix internal problems because the soldering tech had quit a few weeks ago. Pretty much paid 60 dollars just for it to sit on a shelf and not to be looked at. I would not recommend this place at all.
