I had the misfortune of visiting this store on 11/24/25 for an upgrade. The associates were willing to help but the Store Manager, Sherry, is something else. While the associate was trying to help me, she rudely interrupted and demanded to know "what he was doing". He said an upgrade. Obviously, questions about the new phone are not permitted. If I were to consider the rude and unprofessional attitude of the store manager, I would no longer be an ATT customer. I strongly recommend that you use another ATT store as the management in this store is ill-suited. read more

My experience at at&t the other week was a pleasant one. Tyra the sales person was very helpful and patient with me. I was able to upgrade my iphone 16. She was very knowlegdeable about the phone and what I needed for. I would recommend going to at&t if you need to upgrade your phone, or need accessories. read more

So do you know what you get when you walk into a business expecting yourself out of the people who are employed there? Frustrated which is a really familiar feeling given this position I'm in. There's a stark difference between people who are in the position they are in because they are incredibly knowledgeable and natural problem solvers and then there are people who are simply employed. The people with tonight are employees. I need a specific document for my issue and they simply don't have it because my service was initiated with a third-party authorized seller at Sam's Club for AT&T obviously. And because of that, they are absolutely absolved of any accountability. Everyone is just chilling when I come in, and they remain doing that but act like I'm bothering them. "Like what do you want us to do?" "Who is the account holder?" (I guess I didn't have that account holder energy) but they don't even want to explore solutions. There is zero effort. I'm told I need to go back to Sam's Club even though I tell them I've been back numerous times and there's nothing new to bestow upon. These reps are there to sell service and you acting like this specific document is only there at Sam's on Thursdays at 1:49pm and can only be given by some dude named Gavin. I know as soon as I walked out of the door, it was probably relief like man. I'm glad he's gone, but it doesn't force you to look at what just happened. Obviously, I have a unique situation and to better serve not only your own knowledge bank, but customers who may find themselves in the same situation, nothing inside you wants to find out how to resolve my dilemma. Got three people chomping at the bit to speak and talk over me, but they don't have any answers. They are speaking to me like I'm not understanding. Let's face it, AT & T stores don't have a great reputation. Even when not busy, the associates tend to ignore you for a bit, while talking amongst themselves. Not the case at this location, mainly because of Tristan and Aaliyah. These two were fantastic. They were so helpful. I ended up buying more than I planned, just because the experience was so pleasant. AT&T should take care of these two rock stars. read more

My husband and I were having issues with our phones. When we arrived we were greeted politely and our name was taken. We were told to have a seat or to look around the store. Short wait even though the store was busy. Nice young woman fixed our phones quickly. Very good customer service by competent employees. read more

I came to this store after being unable to receive ANY customer service/help at the one by Panera. I was simply looking to upgrade myself and my parent's phones and switch my parent's phone plan. The reps at this store greeted me immediately and were friendly from the start. I had a great conversation with Anthony while we were going through the upgrade/change process. While I was there they helped me save money by switching from Spectrum internet/tv to AT&T fiber and TV. To be honest I was skeptical due to the reputation AT&T carries for selling, but it turned out to be well worth it after I used the free trial period that was offered for the service. Overall great experience. I'll be coming to only this store from now on. read more

I have never seen a business with worse customer service. Every time I call I talk to someone different and they all promise to help but they do nothing. I am always pleased with the service I receive here at the authorized retail location. They are very personal and I don't feel like I am being rushed. I ask questions (a lot of questions) and they are never bothered by them. Tonight Heather helped me transfer service to another phone. I made the mistake of using this store for a wifi hot spot. I bought it on a Saturday before going to stay with my father ( he can't be left alone for very long.. he is 82 and has some issues) he doesn't have cable or wifi and believes 85* is a good temperature year round. So I go to the store wait my turn and tell the clerk what I needed and lady sat down next to us and she had some kind of iPhone watch or something. The clerk that waited on her didn't seem to know much about them and the clerk who was suppose to be taking care of my business became involved in her problems. So after about 10 minutes he came back and "finished" my business. Left there happy. Until Friday morning and my wifi wouldn't work. My dad has been difficult for several days and my nerves were shot and I had very little sleep. So I call AT&T and was on the phone with them for nearly two hours total. They can not help me because it is not a regular AT&T store. They are simply dealers. Anyways the clerk who had helped me that Saturday morning had charged my wifi to someone else's account and when they discovered it they had it shut off. So the lady from the AA&T company felt bad about the position I was in and tired to call this AT&T dealer several times and no one answers they phone but there is a message " leave your name and number and we will get back to you in 24 hours". I can't speak for anyone else but 24 hours is a long time to wait for a phone call about your wifi. Most of us ( even 60 year old women need these things). She apologized to me that she couldn't help and she had done all she could do, being as I had gone to this dealer store. By 4pm. I was a mess, but my dad was doing better. Got him in a chair, a drink and the remote to the tv that gets 3 stations. He said he would sit and watch tv for a bit. I knew this was a crap shoot but keep thinking about how much I need some interaction with folks that are not ill or talking crazy things to you. So I decide to make a run for the store get it fixed and back in less than an hour. I get there and the hostess asked me what I needed. I told her I was l Really upset and needed to speak to the manager, I left my father home alone. She goes back through the door and comes back out with a message for me. He said he will be out in a few minutes. I said NO, NOW.. and I was loud and getting very angry. THEN I WILL GET... YOU MADE THE MESS AND I NEED IT FIXED NOW. One of the other clerks told me to be quiet... there were other folks being waiting on... told him. No.. I want help now. He said I will call the police .. TOLD HIM TO KNOCK HIMSELF OUT.. I REALLY DIDN'T CARE. So he did but before his cop backup could get there ( to arrest the 60 year old, angry women) the manager who thought it appropriate to make me while he was having a big meeting with another store manager came out. Then wanted to lecture me on my conduct. He was not comfortable, poor baby. So anyways took these jokers nearly an hour to straighten out the mess that there poorly train clerks had made. And the cops never spoke to me.. but unfortunately me being me and like many people had devolved into tears ( I hate when that happens). Got home and indeed my father was trying to cook a left over steak in foil on top of the stove burner. I hate that place and when they screw up they are the only ones that can fix it... because they are dealers... they are not AT&T. They will fix things after you wait 24 hours for a returned phone call from them Or when there manager decides it is convenient for him. read more

At&t has repetadly put someone elses account in my name. this account is in collections ans they said its the collection agency who attached it to my social. Now they refuse to help get it removed after they removed it 30 days ago. I will be ending all contracts with them read more

I want to first start out by saying that I am actually a Sprint customer. I do not say that with the intent for this to be a biased review but however I have something to compare. The reason that I came here was because of a gift I had received for Christmas. Upon first entering the store I noticed that there were quite a few people inside. I didn't think anything of it considering that there were at least 8 or more employees working. As I walk in I was promptly greeted by someone saying whats the name, and I tried to tell him that it was under a different name. Again he said what's the name. So I told him and then he walked away from me. At this moment I instantly felt as if my business was of no importance especially since he never even made eye contact with me. So after this he then walked over to other employees and basically started playing a game. You could send in the window that the employee was on her computer helping this emoloyee with his game. Now mind you there are several customers waiting. These employees continue to play their game and talk while several customers are waiting. Eventually another employee came along and joined in their "gaming" and conversation. So still several customers and these employees are doing nothing to help. I was there for at least an hour if not longer which seemed like it could have been avoided had other employees had provided the proper customer service. I can say that I have been with Sprint for almost a decade and never had this issue. Had I ever thought about changing providers because of this I would NEVER choose At&t. To be left with one good note. The guy who helped me was one of the ones who stayed busy helping and Tim, which was his name did a good job helping me. Thanks Tim but no thanks At&t. read more
