Each time, I was grossly overcharged. The first instance, I was refunded $150 by owner Chris who agreed that I was overcharged by his employee Aaron. The second instance I was charged $353 by office manager Melissa, including 2 service visit charges even though I only had 1 service visit. Again, owner Chris refunded me $99. Based on these dishonest experiences, I will never use Aire Serve again. This company is dishonest and purposely attempts to grossly overcharge customers.

Stephen charged me $103 for the service call below and a quote of $350 to fix the wrong part. When he left here the gas valve was so loose you could hear gas coming out of it. I turned the gas to it off and called PSK today to come take a look. I explained that Stephen thought it was a gas valve. They found the solution and got it fixed right away. Most notable is that the gas left running had a pilot light engaged on the furnace. If I didn't check and smell gas we would've likely had a house fire. I asked him with doing that and a misdiagnosis to consider returning the service fee since I had to pay someone else to right his wrong. I don't care how much someone says "God bless" when his actions constituted negligence and theft. I think $103 in exchange for nearly blowing my house up is way beyond being nice on my part. It'll help cover me paying someone else to have to fix his mistake. Overall I thought Stephen was a nice man but from his dodging messing up I'd avoid hiring someone who won't right a wrong.
