On Thursday, my package was out for delivery at 7:01 am and returned back to the post office in the afternoon. It was finally delivered at 7pm that night!!! Yesterday I received an email at 6:01 am that my package was out for delivery. I got another email later on telling me that it would be delivered between 11am - 12:45 pm. It didn't arrive with the mail and was sent back to the post office. I checked later on and it wouldn't be delivered until 9pm that night?!?!!? It wasn't in the mailbox. I woke up this morning to an email that it was delivered at midnight?!?!?! It FINALLY showed up in the mailbox!!! I don't understand these postal workers. If a package is in your vehicle...DELIVER IT!!!

There were at least five different Christmas stamps to choose from and I was pleased with my choice. I found an empty stand and had my cards stamped and sent in a few minutes. Lobby seemed clean. When I moved from…read moreCincinnati to KY-on my change of address card I Noted when I wanted my mail to start- at new address- I realized-weeks after that date,I had not recieved any mail- I went to my local branch and was told the "computer" changed it!!And that happened fquently!Since moving into my current addres-(2mos) My package has been delivered to my neighbors, Mail from my Previous address has been "forwarded "- by them- to me belonging to someone who "used to live at my address-AT my current address- today I recieved 11 pieces of mail(stacked with a rubber band around them) address to 5 different people-none with my Last name- ALL with my previous address- and NONE FORWARDED to my CURRENT address- but they ALL landed in MY BOX. Incredible! So apparently my mailbox is the "drop-off" for ALL parties that lived there! How does a mail carrier deliver mail -clearly stating a different address- to my mailbox-11 bound pieces- without instructions to do so! This is incomprehensible to me-yet it happened. I have no confidence that this will be resolved-as it continues to escalate. ​

There was a long line to the door but it went very quickly and the staff were all friendly and had smiles on their faces. The employee I spoke to gave me a number to call which was helpful. That number got in contact with our mail carrier and she called me directly to tell us which number was ours. All three employees I spoke to were all very kind which made for a great first impression of the town we moved to from another state. There's a lot of parking available for this post office and it's easy to get in and out of. The lobby was clean, well maintained, and stocked with necessities for sending mail. I haven't utilized other services here but definitely will in the near future.

Our entire community complains weekly how our packages aren't going to our post office. They leave Gallatin, and poof. Not sure if one of their drivers is a thief or they are taking it to Gallatin dump, but we aren't getting them and neither is our post office.
