She said you don't have a box here and you haven't been approved. I said ok what do I need to do, and she said she doesn't handle it. She then told me to sit down and she called me rude when I asked why they sent me an email that said congrats you have an address. When I grabbed my ID she said she wouldn't accept it and then she kept calling me rude when I wanted my mail. She told me she's not releasing any mail to me. I think she called me rude because I asked questions she didn't know and then continued to become angry. I walked out and another customer walked in. I heard her cry to her manager that I was so rude to her and she continued to say things that were not true. The customer then approached me and started verbally abusing me saying she knows what kind of woman I am. I told her to get away from me horse pants. So yes I was rude to her. She didn't even witness everything so Kia likes to spin a tale - be careful of her!

When I finally asked for help faxing a legal document, the fax machine/copier wasn't working because the feeder was broken. I then decided to just mail my documents instead, but I needed certified mail, which requires a postage meter not stamps. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough postage loaded on the meter, so I was told I'd have to use stamps, which doesn't work for certified mail. Overall, a frustrating experience. The business seemed unprepared, unorganized, and unable to provide basic services. I won't be returning.

Her entire attitude seemed to change as soon as she realized she would need to assist us. Her responses were short and dismissive, and the overall vibe made us feel like we were inconveniencing her simply by being customers. It honestly felt like she wanted us out of the store as quickly as possible rather than wanting to help. I understand everyone can have an off day, but when you work directly with customers, basic courtesy and professionalism should be expected.
