Great service from a great company . 5 Star treatment is an understatement. Everyone from the telephone operator , all the way down to the final driver all went out of their way to ensure a proper delivery of my vehicle. They each took extra special care to ensure my car was in pristine condition, and when I wasn't home they even went as far to call me on my cell phone, and when I provided them with the verification information they put the car inside my garage and set the keys inside a special safe I had made just for the keys. The driver took extra special care of wearing gloves and had a soft chamois style cloth to prevent any fingerprints or anything in my vehicle. I have a 2010 Ferrari F430 Spyder, so for me to allow someone else to take ownership / control over my $275,000 vehicle is something I don't like to do. Lenny from Ship any car ensured me that my baby would be taken care of from the moment they arrived until she was dropped off into my garage here in Jersey. I cannot express enough what a great group of personnel are employed by this company, and they treated my car as if it were their own. When I finally came home from work I came home to find my Ferrari inside the garage, keys in the safe, the car was in pristine showroom condition, and I could not believe how impressive their work was. I have since spread the word to may of my friends who also own high end vehicles and each and every one of them has experienced the same overall great service. What I notices is it doesn't matter if you own an Aston Martin or a Honda Civiic, Ship Any Car treats each customer with the same utmost respect no matter what you drive. I recommend this company with the highest regard possible, and I will be sure to utilize them for the shipment of my vehicles bi-annually when I come home for the summer. The rates are incredible and even though they were the best rate available, this didn't make up for lack of service. They treated me like family and I will be utilizing this company from now on for all of my vehicle shipment needs. I have shipped my Hummer H2, all the way down to my tiny Porsche Cayman, and no matter which car was shipped the service was prompt, and done with extreme courtesy. The car was promised to be in Miami at Noon on Friday, and wouldn't you know, the car transporter showed up directly in front of my home at 11:52 am on Friday , and by the time the car was unloaded and documents signed for release is was EXACTLY 12:01 PM. I'm still in the process of waiting for my car to arrive. So far, the service and has been outstanding and I wanted to share! My truck is going cross-country from Montana to Miami, FL. I had initially gone with another company, as recommended by a friend. But, this company charged me the deposit and didn't pick up my truck in Montana. Their driver called me and said they couldn't even get it into Miami! I asked for a refund for over 2 weeks and finally had to file a dispute with my bank. Obviously, this put a bad taste in my mouth, but I still needed to get my truck! Ship Any Car's local Miami agent, Eric, followed up (but not in an annoying way), so that when the other shipping car company completely failed to meet the standard of decent service, I had another option with Ship Any Car. They told me within 7 days a truck would be dispatched for pick up of my vehicle. They found one in 6 days. They stayed in communication with me every day to give me an update since I was anxious after the last guys' screwed up. Finally, when the driver came to pick up my truck, he took pictures, we spoke on the phone, and I felt like my truck was in good hands as it makes the 2,600 mile journey. After a poor experience with AutoTransport123, Roland and the team at Ship Any Car demonstrated competence and great service. I trust that they know what they're doing in the car shipping business. Used Ship any Car to send my 2016 Tesla Model S from Miami Beach to my home in NJ. I had shopped around a bit and Ship Any Car was one of the lower priced options so I decided to use them. They gave me a date for pickup and an estimated date for arrival in NJ. The night before pickup I received a call from a super friendly driver who told me the time he would be arriving the next day for pickup. Upon arrival the next day he walked around my car and did a damage report, noting any scratches in the paint and wheels, and then carefully loaded my car onto an open air trailer. He told me he would be in touch as he got closer to NJ in 2 days to give me a better idea of the time he would be dropping off the car. The night before he was to arrive he gave me a call and let me know the time he would be arriving within an hour window. This was extremely helpful as I had my brother meeting him at my house to receive the car. Upon arrival, my brother received the car which was exactly as I had given it to him. Later in the day I received a call from the Ship Any Car office checking in to make sure everything went well as it was seamless. The staff at Ship Any Car were professional and courteous. Recently purchased a vehicle in Florida and had it shipped up to NY. I had never used a transport company for this purpose in the past. When I went online in search of a company I was literally flooded via email, text and phone by 30- 40 companies who wanted my business. The prices ranged considerably. This was the most easily prepared, on time, efficient, and reliable service I've had in longer than I care to remember. I can't tell you how much I appreciated everything.
