For me as a small business owner, there is true value in finding another business who can deal with me as a small operator with as much attention as (I assume) they do with their larger customers. So I go online and make my order (FREE shipping by the way on everything!) and expect it to come in a couple days according to the site. After the confirmation of sale is where it gets good. 30 minutes pass and I get a call from the company saying they can deliver today, the same day, in the late afternoon. OK. One hour later I get another call that they can deliver right now. Yes please. Approximately three hours after I ordered many, many boxes, they arrived in perfect shape. That's why this location feels like the alternate universe version where time moves a little differently. The staff is courteous and clearly working hard, but the branch seems overwhelmed by the neighborhood traffic. There are usually only two, sometimes three employees, and once four or five customers walk in, the line basically becomes part of the entrance décor. You get about 6 to 8 feet of standing room before you are suddenly at the counter whether you are ready or not. The space itself is nice and open, but the workflow could use reinforcements. More hands or better coordination would go a long way. Compared to other FedEx and Kinko's locations that run like a well oiled machine, this one feels stretched thin most days. I am still glad it is here and open consistently. Just budget a little extra time and patience when you visit.

The manager here (large, heavy set woman) has the customer service skills of a paper clip…read more I tried picking up my package, but I forgot my ID, and asked if there was a workaround the system since I couldn't procure my ID in the near future, and instead of offering me assistance or explaining there was no workaround, this woman IMMEDIATELY went on the defensive claiming that the package I PAID for, was HER PROPERTY and wasn't goin to release it to me, accusing me of trying to commit identity theft and theft. Mind you, all I did was ask if there was a workaround the system. I didn't demand one. I asked for one. Didn't expect one either! But that was enough to set her off and accuse me of trying to steal my own package, and claim it as her own. Mike no mistake, her language was extremely manipulative. This is the worst customer service I've experienced in my life. Genuinely. Not a shocker considering the other times I've been here, I've been directed to a kiosk every single time without failure, when I was trying to pick up a package. No one wants to help you here. Go to UPS or USPS. And to the large heavy set woman, if you're reading this. You need to find a new profession. You're incompetent at your job, and need customer service training. If you're going to look like the way you, you should at least be nice. You can't be looking the way you do and being that hostile.
