She was sure to keep us full of champagne and chocolates, and we had the full Tiffany experience that I had hoped for. We purchased a ring that day, and it arrived just a couple of days later, even though it was paid for, she still showed me another size diamond in the same setting just to confirm that I was happy with what I chose. As a result, I made a couple of trips here. The staff were always super nice and professional. And each trip, I had fun looking at all of the current models of Movados (and other brands of watches). The contemporary Movado watches are pretty cool. And the Helzberg prices all seem to be fair and in-line with what I'd expect. I had one minor glitch. It was supposed to take one week for battery replacement but it ended up being four weeks. But they gave me a call to let me know. And actually, I suspected this might happen. I happened to know that Movado watches have a unique design where standard case closer tools don't work on them. So they usually need to be mailed off to a specialist in another state. He looked at it and said that he can get it done within 20-30 minutes and shared the cost upfront which surprisingly was very reasonable compared to what I thought it would cost. And long behold, he sure did fix it within 30 minutes. He shared pics of the work performed also, again skilled and honest! I will definitely be recommending people to him as he just does not do jewelry and watch repairs but also sells some pretty nice jewelry and watches. Looks like his shop can get real busy but it is definitely worth the wait.
