1. They installed a "Frameless" Shower Enclosure. It was beautiful. However, after waiting 72…read morehours before using the shower, problems. After getting out of the shower, there was a pool of water down by the door. Thank God the rug soaked up most of it, or I would have fallen. Note: The job caused significant inconvenience due to the time it took. It seemed as if the workers could not agree. For this inconvenience, we were refunded $500. 2. After they supposedly fixed the problem, the shower continued to leak. We called Square Deal, voiced our disappointment, and requested that the Frameless Shower Enclosure be removed and the traditional enclosure installed. Note: They were late once again, and the installation took an inordinate amount of time, again. To add insult to injury, they took back the $500 refund as described above, suggesting I was taking a shower the wrong way, as the reason the water was escaping. 3. 2 years later, the door is offset, and they are late coming to fix it. Nothing changes if nothing changes!!! I'm calling Jacuzzi!

We had a budget, and he helped us keep to it, but he really went above and beyond that. Other vendors told us there was no way to keep the 130 year window moldings, but Turab not only helped us keep them, but had so many neat tricks to improve our restoration project. Other vendors just gave us offers against our project scope, but Turab explained to us the dynamics of different windows in different parts of the house and what types worked best and saved us money. He made custom moldings for our cellar windows. He also helped us out to stop a fly tipping incident one day when we were out and not able to deal with it ourselves. And when it was pouring with rain and our basement flooded, he went outside and took a really long and hard look and told us what the problem was.
