You don't see much these days. The car wash was great and now there are cleaning products and towels for you to use free with the free vacuums. I was surprised at how good the quality of the wash was. My only complaint is that the staff are working really hard to help the customers and even though they're not actually towel drying your car anymore (no need comes out mostly sry) they're providing a lot of other help and support but there's no tip jar. I really hope the new management will reconsider this. People like me like to reward good service and everyone could use a little extra these days.

If you live nearby and can wash often, it can be a pretty good deal. You just have to be careful especially if you have an expensive car. They did scratch up one of my rims once and I've also seen thin lines marked up on the side of my car from their equipment. There was also a piece of cloth stuck to the side of my car near the wheel once which needed to be forcefully pulled out. They do a decent exterior wash even though it's rediculously short (about a minute, no joke). I've never had any issues with the staff except sometimes they may be short handed and there's a little bit of a wait.

I am a car guy, love my cars and like to keep them as clean as possible. I was looking for a detailer in the area and took the chance on this business based on a yelp review. The place is a bit hard to find, on a side street off main, but they do have a decent sized detailing area and parking space. The paint on the Audi was already in good shape but the interior needed some cleaning. Since it is an old car, almost 20 years old, I was willing to take a chance with the paint correction and the ceramic coating. It is almost a days long effort, but when I went to pick the car up, It did looked brand new! Me and my daughter's excitement can not be explained when we looked at the final product as the car had transformed, smelt great, had a nice shine and the ceramic coating enhanced the colors of the window panel and is most noticeable on the windshield as the clarity has greatly improved. Other areas that I would call out are the headlights which were restored and the engine bay, which showed colors that I had not seen before post cleaning. Keeping all the improvements aside what I liked about the service was that these are honest, hardworking folks, who take pride in their work. Jose had the same big smile as we did when we went to inspect the car. Now that is a sign of a person who stands behind his work. It has been three weeks so far and the car still looks great. He and his crew do great work, and the value of their detailing packages is great. They often will do extras for me (Like a quick interior detail when all I get is a wash), and when they do a full detail with polishing and the whole nine yards, the car looks better then when I drove it off the lot. I sometimes don't recognize it, it looks that good. I highly recommend these guys. They're the only other people I trust with my car's detailing.
