When I contacted customer service, I was informed that the one-year warranty had just expired and my claim was denied. The representative further suggested that the peeling was caused by "curb rash," despite the fact that the damage is uniform and occurring across the entire surface of all four wheels, not just at the edges. It is incredibly disappointing for a company that markets itself as a leader in the industry to show so little regard for product integrity after receiving payment. These were not inexpensive 26-inch wheels, and to have them fail so quickly, only to be dismissed with an inaccurate diagnosis, is unacceptable. I hope this review provides insight into how some customers are treated once the sale is complete. Buyer beware.

At their request, I submitted a credit application so they could work up financing options. After my credit was run, I was told my score came back much lower than what I am seeing from all three bureaus on my end. I politely asked for a copy of the credit report they pulled for my records, which is a normal request when your credit is run, but I never received a response. I also followed up to ask what the minimum down payment would be to make the deal work, as I was willing to consider that option, and I did not receive a response to that either. I understand that my deal structure (negative equity and zero down) may have made things more difficult, and I was open to waiting a few months if needed. That part was not the issue. The issue was the lack of follow-up and communication after my credit was pulled. As someone who has worked in sales for over 20 years, communication and follow-up matter. Even if the deal can't be done right now, customers still deserve clear communication and closure.
