Long story short, they messed up my tint and refused to replace it. And refused to give me a date to fix it. Place is trash. Since then, I have not received an update for my scheduling and I have all the text to prove it. While searching for an establishment on FB to install my lowering springs, I ran across an ad for this place. I've never heard of them so I sent a message via Messenger. I immediately received a response from Bill who was very cordial and quoted me literally half of what others were quoting. I was a bit skeptical due to the price but after seeing all the great reviews, decided to make an appointment. He was extremely nice and helpful in person and told me it would be a few hours. I thought that was odd too because other shops were quoting double the time for installation. Well long story short, my car was completed in half the time and looked great. I have referred a lot of my friends and families over at his shop for any window tinting or custom auto parts. 3/2/20: Wow this is my 10th car here at Kar Plus Performance for my windows tint at Bill's establishment. As always we are super happy with his installation and tint qualities. He uses very professional and high quality products. All my other cars that had previous tints with him looks amazing, there's no fading or peeling. Also he stands by his products and installation and I am happy to say that I have never had to go back for him to redo any of my tints. I just bought my 2020 Prius Prime this weekend and he was able to get me in first thing this morning. I dropped my car off and it was professionally installed in 5 hours. Jade is rude no manners what so ever ? Took my car in for a light install once I got my vehicle back it wasn't running? They kept claiming to have done everything correctly when that wasn't the case at all my car was in perfect running condition when I took it in and when I got it back it wouldn't even turn on , once I got at her about the issue all she did was get loud with me and try to wipe her hands clean , she drives a Mercedes so automatically I guess everyone's cars a piece of shit since that's what she called my car when I tried to explain to her that the way they did the job wasn't correct . I initially had my windows tinted here about 7 years ago the process was easy and the turn around was beyond what I expected. Fast forward 7 years later I noticed my rear window had two or three small bubbles. I took it in and was pleasantly surprised that they redid my rear window again free of charge after 7 years!!!! Bill and Jan are great, they spent quite awhile searching, pricing, and explaining several different wheel options that I was interested in. After figuring out I couldn't afford what I really wanted I settled on a set of reasonably priced Verge v39 Gloss Black Wheels. Because of my indecisions of what type of wheel I wanted it took us way past there closing time which I really didn't realize. Bill and Jan were very understanding and accommodating while I made the purchase, and the appointment day to put them on. The day of the appointment they got me in earlier than expected with a very reasonable time frame to install them. A couple days later I had a tire pressure sensor come on, I took it in and Bill reset the sensor and got me on my way. This was a overall great buying experience for me with very good customer service and product knowledge. I am not a easy customer so I appreciate the patience from Bill and Jan and will buy from them again. (If I don't drive them crazy) read more

Excellent customer service, the employees were friendly and answered my questions without pressuring me to do buy anything out of my price range. They explained everything I needed to know about their tint and there was no wait. We got my friend's Honda Accord 2000 tinted all around. They did a great job. I can not comment about the tint fade since the tint is brand new, but they did an excellent job and the price was not bad. That Joey Mead person seems to be paid by another tint shop because this place did me no wrong. The only down side was there was nowhere to sit and wait, but I didn't mind walking to the Carl's Jr. across the street. I already recommended my friends to this place and they liked it too. But my only piece of advice for Kar Plus is please make a waiting area for your customers while you tint their vehicles. Besides, that they did an excellent job. ^^ read more

I walked into this shop just to get a price quote on tint and suspension install. Bill greated me with a big smile and was very knowledgeable in regards to my questions. I felt comfortable right away and knew I would definitely be doing business with him and his wife. He gave me a great deal so I decided to do my work with him. I dropped off my car on a Saturday morning and he finished it by the afternoon. When I picked up my car the tint was very clean and beautiful, the suspension felt very comfortable and smooth as well, he also informed me he sadly could not install my sway bars because they were not designed for my car so he actually cut more of the price down for the install witch was really cool of him to be so honest and fair. A week later I went back to buy my camber kit, witch he also help me out on by explaining how they worked. Anyways if your thinking about going here for work I would definitely say its a good idea and I know that I will definitely be back again in the future for any of my car mods. I've come here for years and the owner Bill is such a friendly person who goes above and beyond for his customer and will make sure you are taken care of. I'd recommend paying a little extra and getting the Llumar tint with lifetime warranty because my film got bubbles in it 6 years after it was applied and Bill had it replaced. The owner is a very nice and a respectful man; he works hard and I love to support this type of small business. I have had all of my cars windows tinted here, purchased my rims, body kits and any performance parts he could order and installed. I have not had any problems with my tints being faded and his warranties are good. He's a good honest man; his price is fair and reasonable. I have no complaint here and will continue to support this small local business! He's have gone out his way to do a job for me even though he was about to be closed in an hour.
