I finally gave up and threw in the towel and decided to take it in. I dropped my vehicle off Tuesday afternoon, they got on it Wednesday and by Wednesday afternoon they found the problem. They were even kind enough to work with me and held it until Saturday I did like the fact that when I mentioned that I only needed to know what' the issue was they weren't pushy or insisting they fix the problem, they were even kind enough to tell me what part number and brand I should purchase, and why I shouldn't use anything else. I purchased a set of wheels and tires from this place and these guys went above and beyond to make the sale and I was impressed. I purchased the full set of wheels and tires (after quoting from 2 other local shops), and this place was $100 cheaper from the start. I didn't even need to beg for discounts cuz the prices were already decent. The part that I was impressed with was the extent that these guys went in order to fully satisfy their customer. I had a broken rear window on my car which was broken about a week prior in an unrelated incident. The team at ComTires were able to have my window replaced by a local shop and they added it to the quote and once I approved it was added to the work order. I arrived at 11:30 and the entire thing was completed by 1:00pm and that includes my window replacement which was taken care of about 1-mile down the street. It was seamless, I only needed to pay at ComTires and they even offered financing which was great, no credit check and I was approved. No interest if paid in full within the contract period. Since it was Labor Day, there weren't many shops open, so I called another mobile mechanic just to get some insight. He was super kind and actually recommended this place. I was surprised they were open on a holiday, especially because they were really busy. I got there around 8 AM and they took my car in pretty much right away. They found that some parts from my brake job had not been installed properly by the previous mechanic and got everything taken care of. They were also able to find another issue I've been dealing with for a while, which I really appreciated. I get nervous going to mechanics because I always worry about being overcharged when I don't fully understand what they're talking about. I didn't feel that way here at all. They were patient, explained everything to me, and were very honest about what was actually wrong and what I needed. They were quick, friendly, honest, and their prices were very fair. Trust that the mechanic knows more than you and will diagnose and fix what actually need, not what they want to do. Martin is that guy. He will give you the truth, not push you to act and charge you fairly. We used to travel almost an hour to our mechanic and now this is much closer. You may not know me personally and that's okay. But I care about value and quality and I'm switching over to Martin taking my cars there now. Let me also add that his communication with me BEFORE I became a customer was excellent.
