Called back on Thursday, again same woman took my message and said he was in Mazama working on a vehicle. I said I'm literally in Mazama as we speak. Probably could have been very easy for "Kevin" to stop by for 5-10 minutes. Here it is Friday 3/27/26 at 7:00 pm. No follow up. But contacting Fletchers came as a referral from a reputable Twisp shop. Not impressed with their follow up. Especially as I called 3 out of 5 days during the week. And no call back.

After buying it 2 days later check engine light came on, the hill assist light and said check emissions. I brought it back and they cleared the codes and sent me away saying nothing wrong with it. Same issue with the lights same day came back on. I brought it back same thing cleared the codes and said nothing wrong with it. she said well how's the motor told me to drive it anways. Mind you I had driven there 2 times wasting gas had to find a ride to omak with no help from her. Well 3 shops later I found that the catalytic converter wasnt replaced. I reached out to Angie told her that the rear hub assembly was going out and it will be 600 bucks for that, 2 recalls, and the catalytic converter is bad. when they cascade did the inspection they found that the air fliter wasnt replaced, it was so nasty. Which her inspection sheet her employees did said that it was replaced it wasnt. I had to drive to wenatchee 2 times for the work to be done only the hub assembly and 2 recalls. I lost 2 days of work due to this. also alot of gas. When Angie Gavin knew I went to cascade subaru she pushed me for them to do the work. They the cascade subaru said catalytic converter would be 4100.00 dollars to replace it. I told her I can't afford that. The cruise control also stopped working due to the bad cat. A month goes by with alot of me contacting her with no results. Excuse after exuse! I told her I want the owners number and name, she told me no it is again the law to share it. She finally told me she would throw 1000 in and not charge me labor but said I had to pay 1250.00. She said she will only buy the aftermarket parts. I looked up and did research, I can get the catalytic converter aftermarket for 400 bucks. So in the end no help and car still not fixed. I didn't go days or months with these issue it was 2 days only 2! If you want to be lied to go there. good luck!

We purchased several vehicles from OK Chevrolet through Angie because of her excellent customer…read moreservice. Our first car (a Cruze) failed almost immediately, but Angie worked hard to make things right, even helping us with car seats while we searched for a replacement. We then purchased a low-mileage Kia, which served its purpose, and later traded it in with Angie for a Taurus. The Taurus had repeated issues -- blend door, brakes, charging system, ignition, electrical, and eventually the water pump. The warranty we paid for covered almost nothing, and when OK wouldn't repair the water pump (claiming they didn't have the tools), we were forced to take it to a Ford dealer at significant extra cost. Only after Angie intervened were we able to get the repair covered. Despite these headaches, we remained loyal to OK because of Angie's efforts. When the Taurus became unreliable for medical trips, we tried to purchase a new Chevy for warranty peace of mind. Angie put together a fair deal, but management undervalued our Taurus at $1,800, making the deal impossible. Later, desperate for reliable transportation, we bought a Jeep Compass from Colville (also owned by the same dealer group). After that purchase, I returned to OK for an oil change and was shocked when Angie confronted me in the parking lot, told me we were "done," and essentially ended our relationship as customers. This was incredibly unprofessional. I had been nothing but loyal, even when OK benefited more from the deals, and we would have gladly purchased the Trax from them if management hadn't undervalued our trade. Now I am left without a local service center and with questions about a warranty that seems nearly useless. Driving over 70 miles for service is unreasonable, and being treated with disrespect after years of loyalty is unacceptable. If this dealership wants loyal local customers, they need to treat them with fairness and respect -- not shame them for making a purchase at a sister location when no options were available locally.

Ok so your test drive went ok, and the salesman that rode with you has filled you full of rainbows and the trust of 1,000 unicorns ridden by the most noble of elves........ you buy the car. You get it home. You are so excited you take your grandmother for a cruise in your new to you car that couldn't possibly fail, since the super honest salesman at shisties quality used autos promised you it won't! So you and grandma go to the ice cream social at the grange hall in the county over and all is well, you personally wipe grandma down of all the hot fudge to avoid getting any on your interior because, well this car is awesome!!! The guy at shisties promised!!! One last stop for depends and a giant bag of hard candy for grandma at the five and dime.....what's that sound???? What's that sickenly sweet smell???? Why does it sound like sasquatch is wood knocking under my hood???? Why did it die????? What's that green stuff pissing all over the ground below the radiator???? WHY WONT SHISTIES GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK?????????????????? Because you didn't buy from choice auto, that's why. I have never seen more professionalism at any car lot. I have never seen such care given to the customer at any other place period!!!! Every car they get is gone over before hitting the lot by their certified professional mechanics in their shop. I took my boat there after making an appointment by phone about 10 days in advance. I waited about…read moretwo weeks to call and ask when they might be done with the work. They acted like I was a problem and apparently rushed the work to get done. I called two weeks later and was told they'd finished the job about 10 days prior They wondered why I hadn't been in to get my boat. As they never called me to tell me the boat was done I hadn't been in to get it Needless to say when I put the boat in the water it didn't work. The main motor controls fell apart. This left the motor unusable and frankly in a dangerous operating condition. The outboard kicker motor where I specifically requested a new handle and told them the motor wasn't shifting gears was worked on A new handle was installed. The linkage was not adjusted correctly and the motor still didn't work No I would never take my boat back to them. I called their shop and told them about the problem The first thing I was told was they didn't work on boats that had been in salt water. That was the first time I ever heard that. This was the 3rd time I took my boat to them over about a 6 year period. I was told that his father had worked on the boat and he would get back to me. Surprise, surprise he never returned my call. It was a complete waste of time.to take the boat there. They didn't do the repairs asked of them and they certainly wouldn't find a problem on their own. They don't test the repairs they make. Sorry to say that the quality of work is poor. I once thought it was pretty good. This time they embarrassed me They also sent me out with a boat that did not work after spending about a month in their shop I could never take any thing to their shop for work again. I don't have the time. I also value my life and the lives of those I love. Good luck to anyone who takes their boat or ATV to them for service.
