The shop took care of me and was able to get my truck in quickly. They also had all the parts needed. They were able to have the work completed quickly and I was back on the road by noon. I received great service from Luis and he and his crew did a great job. The shop is clean and very organized. Second, he started charging us just to check what was wrong with the turning signal. He got visibly upset when we decided against the $90/hr labor he was going to charge to take off my tire to get to the turn sign which he hadn't done before so couldn't give me an estimate as to how long it would take... Customer service is zero stars. Price is 1-2 stars. The only plus is the 2% off price if you use cash or local check to pay. Otherwise, go somewhere else.
