Can Am dealer: I was in there 4X over the first 2 years to complain about the VERY HARD…read moreshifting..(READ Cant get into reverse from H or vice versa..just STUCK!) Its so bad that I wouldn't buy a NEW CanAm again. They had it for "service" 3X..last time for a WEEK and when they gave it back to me, it was just the same. These machines are (in)Famous for BANGING suspension bushings and I brought them a Forum article (A HARD COPY WITH THE FORUM URL etc on it) where 150 or so owners were talking about how to FIX the banging- there is a way to FIX this...These guys couldn't FIND or FIX that issue either and tried to charge me $ 450 for service( mainly changing the fluids). After their "service" it LEAKED SYN Fluid in my truckbed and garage floor for a week, I took it to a different dealer and they said that whoever just changed the GEARBOX fluid had STRIPPED drain plug threads and it wouldn't seal. It cost me $ 450 to get that fixed and of course it's "not covered by the 36 month extended warranty" I can see the reasoning there..CanAm itself isn't responsible for sh*tty service work. I wouldn't go near this place ever again..there were other issues they caused but wont keep going on here.. ;-(

I cannot say enough good things about Fletcher's in Omak…read more We were camping in the area when we discovered that the exhaust on our truck had caused damage to the front of our fifth wheel. We needed to get the exhaust redirected before towing it home because we were afraid of causing even more damage. It was a Saturday, Fletcher's wasn't even open, and yet they went completely out of their way to help us. They fixed our exhaust so we could safely get our RV home without causing further damage. What they didn't know was just how important getting home was to us. Our 14 1/2-year-old Cavalier, Chevy, was at the end of his life, and we needed to get home because we had made the heartbreaking decision to let him go. We couldn't simply leave our RV behind and deal with it later. Their kindness and willingness to help us when they didn't have to meant more than they will probably ever know. In a really difficult and emotional weekend, having someone step up and help us get home safely took one huge worry off our shoulders. This is the kind of business and the kind of people you remember. We are incredibly grateful to Fletcher's for going above and beyond for us. I would recommend them without hesitation.
