He bent the frame to the point of not even being able to close it. The worst part is that my wife and I have been trying to get a hold of them for 3 weeks now and they keep avoiding the issue. They never answer the phone and when they do they lie to you and treat you like shit. Respect goes along ways and if you want your business to survive I suggest you give the homes and owners respect. I know they owner of this company would not be happy.
