My father is a classic car collector and was still trying to find his car show ready ride. He had noticed a beautiful red 64 chevy Malibu with a convertible top that just appeared on the lot. He decided to stop in and speak with Nick and Pedro. They worked with him to make it happen. My dad had an awesome experience with Choice Auto Group and he now has the car of his dreams and Choice Gained a customer and family for life. He says he will only do business with Choice Auto as they made it fun and exciting and even greeted him with a birthday cake before he took the car off the lot because he purchased l his birthday! Thank you Choice Auto Group for making this happen!

I have had some pretty rough experiences with used car lots, but mostly with the salesmen that…read moreslither around said car lots. Have you ever been excited over something and find out in the end it wasn't worth your time, energy, or all the money you just spent? Well, buying used cars I have....a lot! Those kind of salespeople can make you feel confident you're getting a great car at a great deal, high fiveing you and staring at your wife's ass while your not looking, hoping the snake oil he put in the car will keep the engine knocking at bay during your test drive and the bars leak holds the radiator together. Ok so your test drive went ok, and the salesman that rode with you has filled you full of rainbows and the trust of 1,000 unicorns ridden by the most noble of elves........ you buy the car. You get it home. You are so excited you take your grandmother for a cruise in your new to you car that couldn't possibly fail, since the super honest salesman at shisties quality used autos promised you it won't! So you and grandma go to the ice cream social at the grange hall in the county over and all is well, you personally wipe grandma down of all the hot fudge to avoid getting any on your interior because, well this car is awesome!!! The guy at shisties promised!!! One last stop for depends and a giant bag of hard candy for grandma at the five and dime.....what's that sound???? What's that sickenly sweet smell???? Why does it sound like sasquatch is wood knocking under my hood???? Why did it die????? What's that green stuff pissing all over the ground below the radiator???? WHY WONT SHISTIES GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK?????????????????? Because you didn't buy from choice auto, that's why. I have never seen more professionalism at any car lot. I have never seen such care given to the customer at any other place period!!!! Every car they get is gone over before hitting the lot by their certified professional mechanics in their shop. These guys are the true honest ones. They are willing to work with their customers to get you the best possible deal, and are genuinely nice people. FINALLY AN HONEST CAR LOT!!!!! I will never shop elsewhere again, why didn't I come here first???? So to keep yourself happy, your wallet happy, and grandma happy shop here! THEY DO NOT SELL JUNK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I took my boat there after making an appointment by phone about 10 days in advance. I waited about…read moretwo weeks to call and ask when they might be done with the work. They acted like I was a problem and apparently rushed the work to get done. I called two weeks later and was told they'd finished the job about 10 days prior They wondered why I hadn't been in to get my boat. As they never called me to tell me the boat was done I hadn't been in to get it Needless to say when I put the boat in the water it didn't work. The main motor controls fell apart. This left the motor unusable and frankly in a dangerous operating condition. The outboard kicker motor where I specifically requested a new handle and told them the motor wasn't shifting gears was worked on A new handle was installed. The linkage was not adjusted correctly and the motor still didn't work No I would never take my boat back to them. I called their shop and told them about the problem The first thing I was told was they didn't work on boats that had been in salt water. That was the first time I ever heard that. This was the 3rd time I took my boat to them over about a 6 year period. I was told that his father had worked on the boat and he would get back to me. Surprise, surprise he never returned my call. It was a complete waste of time.to take the boat there. They didn't do the repairs asked of them and they certainly wouldn't find a problem on their own. They don't test the repairs they make. Sorry to say that the quality of work is poor. I once thought it was pretty good. This time they embarrassed me They also sent me out with a boat that did not work after spending about a month in their shop I could never take any thing to their shop for work again. I don't have the time. I also value my life and the lives of those I love. Good luck to anyone who takes their boat or ATV to them for service.

Time? 5:05 PM We decided to call the shop anyhow hoping they were maybe open later. They weren't but Bill answered anyhow. After talking with us briefly he drove to the station where we were stuck (fortunately, it was just around the corner!) and after trying to start the truck he offered to tow the truck and the trailer we were towing to the shop. Turned out to be a fairly easy fix; radiator hose had "aged out" and sprung a leak which led to the engine overheating and not wanting to start. Bill got the hose replaced very quickly and replaced our lost fluids, all the while monitoring our block temperature to ensure it was coming down. He treated us kindly, honestly and did a solid repair for a

After many calls, we were fortunate to find Ty the Tow Guy, with Classic Towing, ID# 796, who came to our rescue. With his extensive knowledge of the business and the area, Ty had information about where we could rent a car, helped us with the AAA process of getting our car towed, and constantly kept in contact with us until we had a plan for resolving our dilemma, then took care of everything in an efficient, thoughtful, and professional manner. We highly recommend him should anyone ever find they need help in the eastern (and western) side of Washington state. Thanks so much, to AAA, for having Ty the Tow Guy and Classic Towing on their docket; AAA is fortunate to have access to him and them. Sincerely, Leslie and Peter M.
