Its so bad that I wouldn't buy a NEW CanAm again. They had it for "service" 3X..last time for a WEEK and when they gave it back to me, it was just the same. These machines are (in)Famous for BANGING suspension bushings and I brought them a Forum article (A HARD COPY WITH THE FORUM URL etc on it) where 150 or so owners were talking about how to FIX the banging- there is a way to FIX this...These guys couldn't FIND or FIX that issue either and tried to charge me $ 450 for service( mainly changing the fluids). After their "service" it LEAKED SYN Fluid in my truckbed and garage floor for a week, I took it to a different dealer and they said that whoever just changed the GEARBOX fluid had STRIPPED drain plug threads and it wouldn't seal. It cost me $ 450 to get that fixed and of course it's "not covered by the 36 month extended warranty" I can see the reasoning there..CanAm itself isn't responsible for sh*tty service work. I wouldn't go near this place ever again..there were other issues they caused but wont keep going on here.. ;-(

These guys are extremely knowledgeable and do fantastic work. I took my Jeep in to get front and…read morerear trusses, regeared, new frame side LCA brackets, and aligned. When they pulled it apart they were quick to call with the extra stuff they found wrong. Best of all, they were completely honest in which of the stuff they found they thought should be fixed, and it wasn't all of it. The parts they needed didn't arrive until last in the week and I was on a hard deadline to pickup the Jeep. They put in a couple late nights and ensured the Jeep was ready to be picked up on time. My Jeep is wheeled pretty hard and a bit beat up, but they worked right around it all and did some minor fan work to get everything installed. After putting about 100 miles on it, the Jeep started pulling to the left. I'm 3.5 hours from their shop, but they worked with me to trouble shoot the possible issues. With a little tinkering the Jeep drives as straight has and arrow. It's hard to find a good shop you can trust with an offroad vehicle who also has incredible customer service. Cutting Edge Custom has earn my trust and future business!
