We went back up there in early August and was rudly told she didn't even need to refund him. We are so disappointed in the lack of competence in the diagnosing and the customer service at Mill Bay.

I called Mill Bay Marine Monday morning and they said if I could be there at 2PM Aaron would take a quick look at our boat to see what the issue was. Aaron (shop manager) was awesome. Supper nice and helpful. Boat could not be completely repaired in time for our vacation due to lack of part availability. However, Aaron was able to provide a temporary solution that was safe and reliable that same day. His goal was to get us a working boat for our vacation. And he did that. In fact, Aaron and Frazier stayed about 90 mins (maybe more) after closing time to get us operational. They were slammed with work but were still so nice, genuine, and honest... and staying late to help ensure we had our boat during our vacation was over the top. Thank you Aaron and Frazier!! Office manager was also friendly and helpful. Recommend them to everyone.

They arrived at 10 and were very polite and helpful, easy to work with and took good care moving my items. They finished at 12:15 and told me the total would be $545. When I pointed out that it was 2 hours and 15 minutes of work I was told that didn't include travel time because they hit some traffic. $140 to drive their own car to my house. I challenged this and they took $50 off so I only had to pay $90 for them to drive to my house. I was not told that a 9:30 am starting time meant they would START driving to my location at at time and I was also not told the $180 an hour would be charged for their travel time as well. My neighbors are moving next month and so are my parents and they were both planning on using this company and now they refuse to because of this and we will be letting others know to avoid this business. Your stuff will be moved well but it will cost you a fortune depending on how much traffic they may encounter on their way to your house. If I was informed of this practice ahead of time I would have asked where they were located and what their ARRIVAL time at my residence was going to be so I could estimate how much extra it was going to cost me because $140 to drive to my house is crazy.

I got paid on Sept 11th but that was a Friday and I didnt get the payment maid that day so I planned to pay it first thing Monday morning which was still well with my time limit according to the email I received on the 9th.. however on Sunday, September 13th I received a phone call informing me that my account was delinquent, that on Aug 30th an auction lien. Had been added to my account (while it was still only 1 month behind) I now owed $565. Mind you, my monthly bill was only $61 and I was only 2 months behind. I told them that can't be because I received an email telling me that I had until the 19th. They said"that's why are cashing you now... to let you know that an auction lien had been placed on my account, your unit will be inventoried this next week and your unit will be put up for auction." I asked why it went from$337 to $565. I was told it was because of the $250 inventory/ auction fee. I said, "well if I pay whst the rmail said i have to pay by the 19th of this month y you won't have to inventory or auction it so i shouldn't have to pay that fee." I was told that no matter what, at this point of have to pay the $565 even though i still had 6 days according to the email i received 4 days ago to pay only $337 to still access my belongings. They refused to work with me in anyway. They talked extremely rudely to me.. she kept using me that she understood but was being very rude the entire time. They came a time when I realized there was nothing I could do about my unit and I simply tried to explain how misleading it at to even receive the email trekking me i had 10 days to come current en in fact 4 days later I would receive this phone call and maybe they could work on that so other people don't get duped into losing their unit. She was extremely condescending and kept telling me that she would be happy to help me understand the process. She wouldn't even hear what I was saying. DO NOT TENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! I CANNOT SAY IT ENOUGH! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS HEARTLESS, RUDE COMPANY!!!!!
