Zero stars if I could. Horrible experience and service. Do…read morenot take your vehicle through the touchless wash. Took my brand new vehicle to this car wash for the first time. The man working came out to assist with payment and after we paid he said we were good to go. We drove straight into the carwash with our entire vehicle completely between the lines and parked. The first time the machine started to go by the vehicle the machine hit my driver side mirror. My husband and I had to quickly pull in the mirrors to ensure they didn't potentially get hit again. After the wash was finished (as there is no way to stop it once it has begun), we reviewed the vehicle and a huge visible scratch was left on the driver's side mirror. My husband talked to the man working and he said "oh yeah I should have told you that if you park near the line it will hit" and ended by saying "there's nothing I can do". Did not even offer a refund or anything else. This man blatantly admitted he was aware of this issue and due to his negligence it has caused this damage. If he had warned us when we were talking to him before entering the touchless car wash, this would have never happened. If you want any car wash, touchless or not, go with Wise Guys- I wish I spent the extra 4 minutes driving to them instead (which is where I usually go with no issues).

I was visiting the area when my Dodge Ram broke down. My truck was towed to the facility after…read morehours. I had my 5th wheel RV in the veterans RV park and was leaving that day. The shop took care of me and was able to get my truck in quickly. They also had all the parts needed. They were able to have the work completed quickly and I was back on the road by noon. I received great service from Luis and he and his crew did a great job. The shop is clean and very organized. I am very happy with my experience and would recommend them should you need service or repairs.
