Zero stars if I could. Horrible experience and service. Do not take your vehicle through the touchless wash. Took my brand new vehicle to this car wash for the first time. The man working came out to assist with payment and after we paid he said we were good to go. We drove straight into the carwash with our entire vehicle completely between the lines and parked. The first time the machine started to go by the vehicle the machine hit my driver side mirror. My husband and I had to quickly pull in the mirrors to ensure they didn't potentially get hit again. After the wash was finished (as there is no way to stop it once it has begun), we reviewed the vehicle and a huge visible scratch was left on the driver's side mirror. My husband talked to the man working and he said "oh yeah I should have told you that if you park near the line it will hit" and ended by saying "there's nothing I can do". Did not even offer a refund or anything else. This man blatantly admitted he was aware of this issue and due to his negligence it has caused this damage. If he had warned us when we were talking to him before entering the touchless car wash, this would have never happened. If you want any car wash, touchless or not, go with Wise Guys- I wish I spent the extra 4 minutes driving to them instead (which is where I usually go with no issues). read more

Worst customer service experienced in years. Rude little f*****g c**t of a car wash guy. Does the business no favour at all. Drive in to realize there were 3 auto wash bays, hung back to see if one would be faster than the next. The guy beckons me to move ahead, I rolled my window down and said, no worries if someone pulls in behind me I will absolutely pull into a lane. I thought he walked off in a huff but was not sure as he said nothing. Sitting in line waiting. Everything seems fine he is servicing other vehicles, including changing buckets of water in my lane. My lane clears and the car ahead of me is leaving the car wash. He has still not washed my wheels and windows. I offer a quick honk in case he has lost track of things. Well then the shit starts. He mocks me as I am leaning my face on my hand and he mimics me. I open my door and ask if there is a problem. He says no. Starts to wash the windows down the side of my car, all of a sudden he yanks my door open, splashing me wish soap, then proceeds into a diatribe about his boss told him to walk away from problem customers. Opening ones car door is the same as opening their door at home, the law is it is an invasion of ones domicile rights. Frustrated at being berated for unknown reasons I just drive ahead into the car wash. Once leaving the car wash I stopped and walked back around to ask him for the owners contact information. He refused and said he wanted my name and number? What for? He was so belligerent I told him he was being a real expletive and he just kept ranting. To keep myself from hitting the twerp I kicked his bucket of water over in frustration. He yells at me I am on camera. I told him I was terrified of the cameras. He kept yelling don't come back. Yes I really want to go back for terrible service and an altercation just to get a car wash! Ha ha what a joke!!! I have been going to this car wash without issue since it opened about 25 years ago. Travelled all over Canada, US and Mexico with big trucks , RVs, bikes, etc. many car wash experiences, never once have I had an altercation at a car wash, until this effing twitbag! My advice stay away especially women this guy is just a little shy of sane. read more

Super ignorant wash attendants working there. Got all bent out of shape because I lowered the back door because the wind was howling through the bay. After the wash I got into my car to start the front and back wipers and he come running into the bay swearing and shouting to open the Fxxing door, which I had every intent on doing before I left. I had already been ripped off by the short was periods now being used there... Never again. I don't need the aggravation. read more

Automated pay station did not accept most of my coins, bills or mastercard??? SO VERY FRUSTRATING. Drove in and received a 12 dollar wash as that was as much cash as I could get machine to accept. Went to head out, dryer turned on but door did not open to let me out. I WAS STUCK IN THERE HAD TO HAMMER ON WINDOWS TO GET OUT! No sorry or anything the gentleman thought it was amusing. read more

I have been to this car wash many times and this is the 3rd time I have had an issue with one of the car wash attendants. This time all I did was mention to him that the car wash bay was empty. As myself and the 2 vehicles in front of me sat and watched 3 cars in the line beside us move through. With a very disgruntled look on his face he said he would get to it when he could. I said to him that all I was doing was letting him know that there wasn't a car in the bay so the automation wasn't obviously working. When it came time for him to do the pre scrub before entering the bay on my vehicle, he stated that he had ever right to choose who he wanted to scrub and said that I choose not to pre scrub your truck. I said then I definitely choose to not give you this tip and called him a miserable old p****. I will definitely not be going back, especially when there are other better car washes in town. read more

I will NEVER go back to this car wash. Drove in, waited15minutes and when I drove beside the tap payment to select my wash I got out to buy my wash. Threshold man working started yelling at me that I have no common sense and that I am not supposed to get out of my car. Continued yelling that after waiting in line I should have realized that I don't get out of the car. He yelled nobody touches his brush or uses the tap machine, he told me I was stupid. He then told me that I am from Ontario and that we have no common sense there and people have no commonsense in Ontario. He yelled people are dying from covid there but not here, he then took my visa card from me to tap my payment. This person looks like he has little man syndrome, wrong person to work with the public. The quality of mywash was not worth$16. Much better was at Wiseguys. Will never go back to this wash. read more

Went to this car wash and spent $16 on the most expensive wash. Afterwards my vehicle was streaked with white soap/ watermarks. I went back and the attendant was super rude to me and told me it was my vehicles fault (?!) and that 'nothing' would get those marks out. He was soooo rude and went out carrying on about me to another employee and his lady friend (smoking beside the drive through...) he eventually gave me another wash in the other bay and guess what: it came out clean. On a side note: I went to this car wash on Easter weekend and waited (nobody came) for so long that I almost left. The same employee eventually came out red in the face, speech slurred, staggering and smelling strongly of alcohol. Disgusting!! read more

I came up to pay at the autowash and took a scolding from the fellow working the brush for being too close to the card swiper. There's other choices out there folks.
