    Filthy door and window

Received a car wash where my car was still extremely dirty afterwards. The employee manually began washing the side of the car as usual before the automatic guide lead me into the car wash. When I got home my car was still filthy on all sides. I immediately emailed the customer service address to see if they could refund me but it's been over a week and I have not even gotten a reply. Waste of $

While in Winchester today I went on YELP to find the closest car wash ,up came Shield System Car Wash 1 mile away.. I figured I'd try it since my car looked like a dust ball.. When I arrived there were about 6 cars were ahead of me. Not to bad considering it was a beautiful day, When I reached the men I asked it they took Debit cards they said yes. So from then on everything went very smooth. It is very easy to pull your car into the car wash the staff was helpful and my car looks great... I will go back. for sure!

Perfectly cleaned seat, no more puke!

I drive for Lyft, and my car is my bread and butter. Last night, some jerk puked in my car. I lost 8 hours of work and probably $3-400 due to this. No one would come out when I called. This morning, I called around and one place said to just bring it in and they would take a look. I drove there and they refused to clean it. When I called Shield, they also said to bring it in and they would see. I was hesitant to drive all the way there because of the first place, but I'm glad I did. These guys went above and beyond what I expected them to do. I expected that they would just clean the inside where the guy yakked, but they actually did much more than that. They made sure that when I left my car looked, and SMELLED!! brand new, honestly! They even said if there was any problem to just bring it back and they will take care of it. 5 stars, totally impressed with their customer service, def going back, even for just a car wash. It's out of my way, but they've won me as a customer. :)

I came in with my Jeep about an hour ago and got the Best Wash for $20. When I got back to work I noticed that the back of the Jeep didn't even look like it got wet - let alone clean. The sides look fine but I am pretty disappointed that I spent $20 on a partially clean Jeep. Update: Doug, the owner, reached out to me and is allowing me to come back for a re-wash. The prompt response and desire to make this whole warrants an update to my post.

    Sparkly clean!

This is the best car wash place in the area. Unless you do a hand wash or full detailing, do not expect perfection. For what these guys do, they are amazing. Most importantly they are friendly and do not try to upsell you with everything. Don't go to the scrubs.

Is this touch less car wash?

What is the maximum vehicle height that will fit into this car wash? I have a 99 ford conversion van. Do conversion vans usually make it into wash ? Thanks in advance for any info you can provide

Approximately 86 inches. I would recommend if this is a conversion can to use our self service location in Billerica at 570 Boston Road. If you are driving by our location on Main St., stop in and we will look over vehicle in person to see if it… Read more

The business operations and the workplace culture are both equally poor. Why is it that after 5 PM--while the tunnel wash is still open--the convenience carts with towels and window cleaner are consistently empty? This isn't an occasional issue; it's a regular, predictable problem, and it reflects ongoing management neglect. What makes it worse is the attitude. When I've pointed out the empty carts, the cashier or manager inside the convenience store has told me to "talk to the guys in the car wash." That's unacceptable. It shouldn't be my responsibility as a customer to track down employees and coordinate basic service tasks. Even then, the car wash staff often respond with attitude, as if I'm an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. This repeated experience signals deeper issues: poor leadership, lack of accountability, and a bad workplace culture. It's long overdue for Scrub a Dub's ownership to step out of the office and take a closer look at what's happening at their locations. This company appears to have grown too large and lost the service standards and culture its founder originally envisioned. Management on the ground is clearly not doing its job. I'm fed up with this place. If it weren't for the quality of the tunnel car wash, I'd avoid it entirely.

These guys clearly take pride in their work. You can tell right away this isn't just another detailing shop, they're passionate about what they do and it shows in every detail. The car came back looking better than new, with a level of finish and care that's hard to find. What I appreciate most is the consistency. A year after the ceramic coating, the car still holds up incredibly well, and their follow-up detail brought everything right back to that just-done look. They're professional, easy to work with, and they treat your car like it actually matters. If you're considering detailing or ceramic coating, don't overthink it, Q Car Care delivers.

The car had 39 miles on it, so I went back and forth for a month via email until they finally decided to do the right thing and replace the damaged part. Then noticed that my PPF (which was largely done well) was peeling in a few spots on the edge, I asked to have it looked at under warranty, and they just stopped responding to my emails. Also worth mentioning, when I picked my car up, it had pieces of PPF stuck in random spots and hand prints both inside and out, they also scratched up my key fob that was handed to them new. Avoid this place, they act like they're high quality and top tier, but reality is far from that.
