30 minutes after the car wash...

My first time here. I tried to get my car clean in and out but I was told they couldn't clean the inside because they ey're doing a detail... ok. I did the $14 wash, 2 cheapest because I didn't get a good feeling about it after they couldn't clean the inside of my car, unfortunately, my gut feeling was right. St the end of the tunnel, there's a sign that says that you can drive away ands that "your car will dry up without any spots"... take a look at the pictures.

Not the best wash around. Save your money don't go and use the touch less wash. It doesn't dry your car and always seems to be broken

13$ and car not clean, but now has a scratch on the rear door. Stay away. Automatic carvwash or indoor one are both useless wastes of money.

These guys clearly take pride in their work. You can tell right away this isn't just another detailing shop, they're passionate about what they do and it shows in every detail. The car came back looking better than new, with a level of finish and care that's hard to find. What I appreciate most is the consistency. A year after the ceramic coating, the car still holds up incredibly well, and their follow-up detail brought everything right back to that just-done look. They're professional, easy to work with, and they treat your car like it actually matters. If you're considering detailing or ceramic coating, don't overthink it, Q Car Care delivers.

The car had 39 miles on it, so I went back and forth for a month via email until they finally decided to do the right thing and replace the damaged part. Then noticed that my PPF (which was largely done well) was peeling in a few spots on the edge, I asked to have it looked at under warranty, and they just stopped responding to my emails. Also worth mentioning, when I picked my car up, it had pieces of PPF stuck in random spots and hand prints both inside and out, they also scratched up my key fob that was handed to them new. Avoid this place, they act like they're high quality and top tier, but reality is far from that.

The business operations and the workplace culture are both equally poor. Why is it that after 5 PM--while the tunnel wash is still open--the convenience carts with towels and window cleaner are consistently empty? This isn't an occasional issue; it's a regular, predictable problem, and it reflects ongoing management neglect. What makes it worse is the attitude. When I've pointed out the empty carts, the cashier or manager inside the convenience store has told me to "talk to the guys in the car wash." That's unacceptable. It shouldn't be my responsibility as a customer to track down employees and coordinate basic service tasks. Even then, the car wash staff often respond with attitude, as if I'm an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. This repeated experience signals deeper issues: poor leadership, lack of accountability, and a bad workplace culture. It's long overdue for Scrub a Dub's ownership to step out of the office and take a closer look at what's happening at their locations. This company appears to have grown too large and lost the service standards and culture its founder originally envisioned. Management on the ground is clearly not doing its job. I'm fed up with this place. If it weren't for the quality of the tunnel car wash, I'd avoid it entirely.

Prestige Car Wash - Burlington - RAM Pickup Truck Sport Hood Option

So let me start by saying that when this car wash opened, it was very good. It has steadily gone…read moredownhill to the point where I'm cancelling one car subscription and backing off the other to get "simple" washes in the winter. Then, I'm done. The biggest problem to me is the lack of water for rinsing in the "tunnel wash" and the lack of maintenance in the high pressure automatic wash (where you pull in and park). My wife's car had a problem with the rear wiper getting twisted off the window glass. They would tape it in place on the glass - but they either didn't use enough / put it in the wrong place / used a cheap tape - as it just didn't work. I have a RAM 1500 with a "Sport Hood" option (like shown in the image below). All the black areas in the picture of this hood are factory inlaid panels over specifically indented areas of the hood to accommodate them. This carwash doesn't use enough water to flush out the soap / wax / chemicals that pool up between the panels and indented areas of the hood. They use high powered air blowers which leave a fair amount of these products on the hood and then flow down over the grill and fenders as you drive away. It looks worse than when I drove in many times. I usually have to wet the area and use a chamois when I get home to get it off. I complained about it and their remedy was to rewash - which results in the same problem over again. It was suggested to use the high pressure bay instead. Which I did and found them it to be just "OK". In my opinion, these types of wash are only for light dirt really; they will leave a film if the vehicle is extremely dirty / salty. You could simply get your car washed daily and it would be satisfactory - which I did for a while. Eventually the company stopped maintaining the equipment fully. I'd be willing to bet that if you used the pressure wash today - you'd find that FULLY half of the nozzles either do not work at all, sputter or dribble product of the ground. It will be like this for weeks at a time. The high pressure rinse seems to work best - but make no mistake - there's room for improvement on it too. I used to call to complain and a guy named Mike handled these concerns. He was very professional and followed through. He told me to call anytime. Once I called him and he said he was no longer working there and gave me another number to call . Now - you have leave an email as they "don't want to hear it." On the plus side - the vacuums are free to anyone to use and work better than any I've used before. Unfortunately, the rest of this place gets 1 star.

I've been coming here since they opened and they are price competitive. The staff is friendly and…read moreattentive. During the winter however they are frequently closed due to weather after light snow or rain which makes it challenging to rely on to clean off my car and they frequently have equipment such as the self serve out of order.
