Was in there to pick up my shoes I had won in the raffle. Was a Hispanic female customer that was inform me everyone in line that she missed the online raffle for the shoes and she did not get them for her husband. The manager, Francisco started speaking Spanish to her and allowed her to come in and buy the shoes, even though she wasn't a winner. Her name was not on the list. I also have a video to prove it. Music is TOO LOUD! If I'm buying $200 shoes for my son I should be able to have a discussion with my son & his father. We couldn't hear each other & had to leave the store to have a discussion. Also, no prices on the shoe displays. read more

I agree with most of the reviews on this location. Customer service is as important as the merchandise you have in store. But that will only keep customers coming back for so long. I originally when I'm their to buy my daughter shoes, but the music was so loud that it made it really uncomfortable to be in their. The worst part is that the music they were playing had so much profanity that made me leave because the last thing I wanted is to have my 9yr old daughter listen to that profanity. I ended coming back 30min later, only because the other shoes stores didn't have the shoes we were looking for. This time around I didn't hear the loud music, which is why we even considered going back in there. As we walked in the music once again began playing really loud, luckily no profanity. The girl that helped me was really nice and attentive which made the experience somewhat better. Sure enough music with profanity began playing again and this time there were several other kids inside the store and as I originally did, the parents told their kids we have to go. As an owner of this business I would really consider and ask my self how much business are you losing a day due to this. I can honestly say that this is most likely the last time I visit this business unless it's the last option for me and like someone else mentioned before they do have nice gear that I would buy. Fresh gear Horrible customer service Shiekh Shoes is a CLOTHING store... They have the newest fashion especially jeans on deck as well as shoes. The problem is they see themselves as a shoe store thus no fitting rooms. How you gonna sell 70-80 dollar jeans that no one can try on before they buy. The manager was like just go in the back and try them on; so I did but in the middle of that an employee showed up and asked if I was allowed back there, then proceeded to plop down like I wasnt there changing... WTF?!?! I got situated and left, tossing the jeans on a shelf disgusted. The problem was that those jeans were sick jeans So I went back to get them a bit later The same employee brought me my jeans and began ringing them up. I couldnt help my self so I said something to the effect of "It's a good thing yall have such nice stuff in here because not having a fitting room sucks... too which she replied... this is a shoe store... As she rang up my 60$ jeans Just when I thought it couldn't be anymore awkward or shit the employee asks me for my number... I ask why and she says it's our policy which I have not doubt of but I simply said "No" to which the employee rolled her eyes and tossed my merchandise in my direction as she dismissed me and rang it up. Anna went above and beyond . I called about returning shoes ghat were to small I purchased online . Anna picked up the phone asked me sku # that was on the box which I gave to her but it didn't come up in system . So we did this a couple times and she finally said take a pic of box label and send it to my phone and we will go from there . I took a pic sent it to her phone she called me back within 60sec. And told me yes we have the shoe in a bigger size just come through and we will exchange . I went over to mall right away exchanged shoes for bigger size and left happy . After waiting an hour for our shoe sized to appear I got frustrated and asked the one person I see giving others amazing service ! (MYLES) He is the ONLY reason I'm giving 5 stars!!! He brought our shoes out in 2 mins gave no excuses to not help out was amazing service great personality enthusiastic about what his doing and you can see that! As for everyone else there i feel bad for the person that's paying them hourly! Customer service is horrible at this place . Just the attitude of this young employees is horrible in person and over the phone ! This people are no help at all after we spend more then $500.00 at this store and still treat us like trash ! Every time I call I get put on hold for ever and when they come back on the line they just talk down to people and don't take the time to listen to the client ! Never again will I spend money at this store I refuse to contribute to have employees like this maintain a job ! Employees don't even acknowledge you. Kid behind the counter had no manners was in a Private phone conversation while helping the lady in front of me he even gave her the wrong change/ left the ink tag on. She didn't seem bothered by it. But i was annoyed watching him hold a convo in his phone while helping us. When he helped me he continued with the conversation and looked lost. Unreliable store, very poor customer service. I will never do business with Sheikh ever. Go to Footlocker instead. I bought the shoes online on Shiekh website and arranged for a store pick up in the AV mall. I got a mismatched shoe size and the staff made a new order for the correct size. I was told I will get my shoes to be delivered to my home address within 7 days. I went back to the store on the 10th day and the staff says "oh did we call you" duh no! and told me my order is "In-transit" didn't explain where? In USA or in China? Reached out on Sheikh's customer service email twice and no response. I went back to the store on the 25th day still looking for my shoes! The staff just offer a refund and sorry. Went in today with my mom, store was empty with only my mom and I being the customers. All the employees were hanging around the register area, we didn't get an hello or welcome gesture from the employees there. I was looking at the high heels and not one came to ask if we needed assistance, I had to go to them, interrupt their conversation and ask for some help on a size. The guy came walking so slowly didn't say one word until my mom said hi, how are you than that's when he said hi back. These employees that were there today have no type of good customer service. With a hiring sign outside the window I really hope that they get people who want to work with good customer service and all of them get replaced. Very poor service. read more

I always come here to buy shoes. I got a deal where you buy a pair of boots and you get the second pair $10 so of course I wouldn't pass up the deal and bought a second pair. They didn't have my size and told me they would order it, and it would take be 7-10 days. I paid for both pair of shoes on September 22. I've called plenty of times and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS! I've talked to 3 different people regarding my special order and they all give me 3 different responses, saying it's not in yet, it's 7-10 business days not including weekends, or we use to get truck twice a week but now we only get it once!!! It's been 2 weeks and I haven't even gotten a call or anything! They're so quick to make deals and take your money, but when you call and need a answer they act dumb and tell you call back next week! So please people don't order from here. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've worked in retail for 7 years and this is horrible. I can't even talk to the manager because he puts someone else on the phone.
