Price was fair and received a veteran discount. I was told they would text me when the bikes were ready. They only took a week for repair. I went to pick them up and the parking lot was FULL.! No email after a week, so I emailed to ask the status and was told the main extra (shock absorber post) was being shipped there and would arrive within a week, and asked me to pick it up and bring it back in when the part arrived. I wrote back that I don't drive unless I have to (medical), have never ridden an e-bike so would be transporting it home to learn to ride it, and so asked him to store it until the part was in and it was a full build. Scott accommodated, and I got a fully built PERFECT bike for me yesterday. Scott helped me load it into my SUV (a tight fit, so grateful for his help) and I shook his hand. Got it home, unloaded it, and am more than excited to learn a new healthy habit. Thank you, Scott!

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had with a bike shop…read more 2 Peaks Bikes advertised and photographed a 2025 bib but shipped me the older 2024 version instead. The difference is obvious, and I provided clear photo comparisons. Staff admitted by phone that the wrong item was sent. Despite acknowledging their mistake, they refused to accept a return and attempted to hide behind a final sale policy. They then asked me to pay additional money to receive the correct item that should have been sent in the first place. A final sale policy does not excuse misrepresentation. When a business sends an item that is materially different from what was advertised, that is the business's error, not the customer's. Blaming the buyer while admitting fault is unacceptable and unprofessional. Rather than taking responsibility, this shop chose to argue, deflect, and shift the cost of their mistake onto the customer. I will be disputing the charge and sharing this experience publicly so others are aware. I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere if you value honesty and accountability.

But then again, it may be because I'm basing that on how much product I felt they had in their store. The workers were friendly. The store was clean. The store is also very organized so that was lovely. The only thing that I didn't know was that the store closed at 9PM instead of 10PM. I came in with my hubby looking for some last minute board shorts and luckily we were in and out in a heart beat. I appreciate all the employees that were so helpful and knew exactly where I needed to be to find what I was looking for. Good experience!

I was returning a pair after just 6 days (with receipt, the barcode tag and shoebox), because trying the shoes gave me feet pain. He decided it wasn't in its "original" condition even if there was no damage and had only been used ONCE. I think he saw some dust and freaked out #eyeroll ...Yeah, this is how ridiculous this place is! I mean, how was I suppose to know the shoes would hurt me after being in it if I never walked in it?? Did that dude expect me to return them within the same week of it just sitting on a shelf at home?! That's asinine! Luckily tho, I was able to return the item to their Lancaster store, thanks to Scott! So, WSS Corporate, if you're reading this, you did something right by hiring that man!
