Yes so my Dude Jack was buying his Nike and they were playing LL Cool Jay , and I walked up and told Jennette I have his phone number. And she said wow her favorite song was Around the way Girl. I was like yes that's my favorite too. She had a good vibe I asked if they still take those point cards from like 10years ago. She said No. but she signed me up to a new rewards program. Tried returning my kids shoes they got as gift. They tried them on and Didn't fit.. when I went to return them, receipt in hand, they said they were worn because of dust on the bottom of shoes and couldn't return them. So I was in shopping over the weekend. The girl who helped me her name was Jay. She was so sweet and really worked hard to find what I was looking for. She must have went to the back to find probably about 10 different shoes for me. Then she recommended a totally different brand to me and to my surprise I actually liked it the most. She always had a smile and was extremely helpful. I really appreciated her because the many other times I've been in there I've never had this great of service. read more

The three individuals working at 6:41 on Tuesday, July 22 were standing around flapping their yaps and never once acknowledged that I was in the store. The girl spoke to another customer who was leaving, but I guess because I am not 25 anymore, my money isn't good enough for these people. Frankly, I'm getting tired of writing these kinds of reviews...maybe I'm old fashioned, believing in customer service and all, but when I see people like these three kids demanding a raise in the mimimum wage then I'm treated like crap by them, then it convinces me that minimum wage workers are already overpaid. read more

If you look at the rest of my reviews, you'll see that I'm not usually one to give a bad review. I usually feel that if you can't say anthing nice, then you shouldn't say anything at all. This store, however, is worth talking about... I've been in here three times now, mainly because I got a gift card that I wanted to use. Each time, the staff has been minimally helpful and acted as if they didn't want to be there. My last visit was yesterday, and I asked a salesperson (who was chatting with another salesperson and a third woman whose purpose there was unclear to me) for recommendations on a good shoe for step class. She pointed to a row of shoes that were all identical except for the colors (but all of which were the same price, above my price range), and then motioned to a group of 4-6 shoes saying that she wouldn't recommend those because she didn't think they would do what I needed. I followed up explaining that I wanted something in a lower price range and she replied, "Oh well, you're out of luck then." I guess they don't work on comission here. I mean, I can accept that she might offer to sell me a lesser shoe, as long as she lets me know why it's a lesser shoe, and then I can make a decision. Isn't that my right as a consumer? At any rate, I left without buying anything because I was pretty put off by her answer and frankly, she didn't offer me any options that I could consider. I went in last weekend to buy my kids some shoes. I was being helped out by Stacey who was great first of all. She was very patient and overall provided great service with the best attitude. I was at the register and her coworker had such a horrible attitude towards a customer. Her name was Alexis. While Stacey was ringing me up her coworker Alexis tells the customer she isn't going to help her and giving her such horrible attitude and tells Stacey to help her because she wasn't going to help that certain person. I found that very rude and unprofessional. I would not want someone like her working for me especially the way she spoke to that customer. Horrible. Third time going in to try and get help buying running shoes and I'm ignored, never asked if I needed help. Every time now that I have gone in not once did anyone greet me or ask if I needed help and when I would ask for help to find a shoe or ask a question it seemed like a burden to the employees. Then last night some guy with glasses who was working completely ignored the fact that I asked for a shoe size to purchase. Finally after being patient for too long I asked the guy if he had my shoes from the back yet and his response was " What shoes were they?" Which pissed me off because he would clearly see me everytime he'd come from the back when he was too busy helping one man and going to the back about three times to help the same one man. I was not greeted 3 different employees walked right past me and said nothing so finally, I just said to the man at the register can I see these two different pair of Nikes in a 7. Then a girl was standing at the register I said do you have Pink women's Converse she acted like I was asking for a kidney and she said no we don't , I said ok what about in white then she went to the back, came back out and said no. I said do you have a 7 1/2 "no we only have a 6 and an 8 . I said alright then when I start dishing attitude back by not being friendly like I was at first then she wants to ask nice . Worst Customer service i've ever experienced. Everytime i walk into the store all the girls are huddled around the middle table just standing there judging every customer and giving attitude. They all look like zombies and walk around the store like they're dead. I don't know who killed their cat before they started their shift but they all make it so bad that i don't even bother walking into that store anymore, i'll try my luck elsewhere instead of taking they're disgusting attitudes. Just went into footlocker to get some shoes and the shoes were damaged and they refused to give a discount. The store manager Ashley is really rude and not friendly at all. I came here for the Jordams dropping today expecting there to be a simple transaction: turn in my raffle ticket, receive my shoes, pay, and leave. If only it had been that simple. I was ignored when I walked in and waited in line to be helped. When I was acknowledged, a worker (who had just taken another woman's raffle ticket) looked at one and simply said "oh" without taking mine and walking away. The manager was busy assisting an angry woman so there was no one else to turn to. Then, the manager went to the back to get the shoes and ignored me flagging him down to give him my ticket. He returned, walked past me to assist a friend and go his shoes for him. So 4 others who cam after me were helped FIRST until I asked if I was invisible before I finally received some lack luster service and my shoes. With all of this, NO one apologized or said thanks for shopping here/ have a nice day as we left. Needless to say I will NOT be returning to this store for service again.
