Pulled Pork Stack (tots, pulled Pork, queso, pico de Gallo, jalapeños & peppers, cilantro). HUGE portion. Delicious.

6/23/19 1:07 game; dine time 11am. We arrived early to enjoy a sit down meal before the game. I will say I agree with some comments that some of the staff is more relaxed and there is a little confusion on whether you check in for a table, especially when there are not a lot of guests yet. There was a cluster of "hosts" sort of standing around, and we approached to ask for a seat for 2. They took our name & ticket seating and another member escorted us to a seat right by the window overlooking the ball field. We were asked if we would like some water and told our waiter/tress would be along shortly to assist. Our waters came quickly. The menu isn't large which I like, it keeps things simple. We settled on an order of Pulled Pork Stack & a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with regular fries. In our experience, our order was taken quickly, the waitress was friendly but just not super polished on her approach, young and relaxed. Not bad though. Although, as a former retail manager there are some tips/feedback I would have given (ex: it was warm in there and a hot day in Oakland at 80 degrees, but she should not have complained "God, it's so hot in here!" As she walked away from her guests, just not good to complain about anything about the establishment where clients can here). Anyway, our food and beer came in a relatively quick amount of time and the portions were VERY generous. Prices were on par with what you'd pay for lunch in a restaurant elsewhere but with A's access it was a steal. Pulled Pork Stack: $15 reg, $7.50 w/ Access Buffalo Chicken Sandwich & Fries: $18 regular, $9 with Access Domestic Drafts (Coors, Bud, etc): $8 reg, $4 Access Premium Drafts: $10 reg, $5 Access Total order for 2 meals & 2 Beers: $54 reg, $27 Access (not including tip). Outside of the sit down dining there is a large center bar and another bar near the wood fire pizza oven (back right). See Tina at the main bar, she's a hoot and a huge help if you have any questions. You have a good selection of drafts between the two bars in this area. There is also casual seating, bar is standing only, and there's a pool table so it's a neat little hang out on the plaza (2nd) level. Just outside are other concession stands on either side.

Ever since Shibe Park Tavern opened, it's our go-to spot for pre-game adult beverages and lunch/dinner. Drinks include beer, wine, cocktails, soft drinks, and water. There's a wide variety of food - from sandwiches, salads, tacos, burgers, wings, and desserts! Service is spot-on and the prices will surprise you for a ballpark - a pleasant surprise, that is.

Got to try out Shibe Park Tavern when we got invited to a event about A's Access. This tavern is very spacious and has an amazing long bar! I opted in for a stella artois because I mean do I need to give an explanation. There is a lot of seating to enjoy your beer and some fun games to play too. We got a taste of some of the food with a buffet of potato chips and onion dip, veggie tray, fruit tray, chicken wings, sliders and other goodies. Lets start with the amazing chicken wings! Please do yourself a favor and order the wings! The veggie tray and fruit tray was also super yummy! The fruit was super fresh and juicy. We also were so lucky to receive a visit from Stomper! Oh and did I mention that it was nice an air conditioned in here which would be perfect for day games. You get to watch the game with food and drinks at your finger tips in a nice chilly room.

Came here for a happy hour even sponsored by the A's. Got invited to come and learn about the access pass. They treated us with tickets to the game, early access to the park, two complimentary drinks, and light snacks. Wow light snacks was more of a meal! Oh so yummy everything was. The place was so clean and the bathrooms were clean in there as well. They had wings, sliders, chips, dip, fruit, veggies, brownies, etc available. The wings were to die for! They fell right off the bone. Also the blondie brownies were amazing. I took my family and we all loved the food. We fought over the chicken wings and waited for when someone would come with more. Delicious chicken wings are a must try! Stomper also came around and we got a picture with him. I loved this space with plenty of room and games like pool and shuffle. Would highly recommend coming to this spot!

A dog friendly place, McNally's is the perfect place to bring your furry best friends (and human ones). It is a mix of regular barflies and the occasional newbies. One time, an anti-dog lady came in with her date, ordered table martini service, took over our fireplace table, and no one was impressed. We started to come here more once they built the parklet during the pandemic. They also promoted their cocktails at this time. We would sit outside with dogs and friends and came to love the casual lowkey location. There is a large room in the back that we made the mistake of sitting in once. Great if you have a group, but cold and dorm community room feel vs the comfortable bar feel of the front area. There is also a backyard nook along the side of the building for smokers or those that want to watch dvds. They have darts, which i was surprised to see someone actually play once, a small pool table with a special name that escapes me, and a jukebox that you can pay for songs. We usually patronize in the earlier hours and Alfred is our bartender. He knows peoples' orders before they order it and lets us tend the fireplace on cold days. He has treats and water for the dogs. You can pay cash or credit card here which adds to the appeal over two other bars in the area that are cash only. There is one female and one male restroom on the back wall. The female one is always clean but the swinging door sticks. Don't make the mistake of waiting as you probably just have to push it in harder. We prefer the fireplace table if it's a cold day out (otherwise the corner booth in the parklet) as it's easy to park the dogs there, eat the burrito you brought in, absorb the fire rays, watch the games, and conversate with your friends in a circle. We usually have more friends than fit the table but we spread out around the nucleus. The corner table is also great if they have the overhead lamp turned off. Otherwise it's harsh in your eyeballs. There are several televisions so you can get a good view of whatever sports is on wherever you are sitting. Lots of stools and just a few regular chairs. They do have special events from time to time and you have to look out for flyers on their door or the occasional social media post. I am counting down the days to saint Patrick's day, which they do also on their countdown sign over the bar. Neighborhood parking is free or street parking is free after 6pm, all day Sunday and holidays. You can also park at the library around the corner, it's considered street parking. There are several eateries to take out food and bring in to McNally's. There's a trash can near the door or the main bins are on the side of the building. If you forgot a utensil, ask at the bar, they may have it for you. Food wise they only offer potato chips for purchase.

Located in downtown San Rafael the ownership here invested heavily in this restaurant to create an authentic Irish pub. We feel comfortable the second we walked in. I was amazed that there were nine or 10 different dishes that I would have wanted to order. I can literally come back eight more times and order something different and enjoy it each time. The food was great! The setting was authentic. And the fact they have soft serve for dessert brings us to a 5+ rating!! Our server was great. And there was a second server managing cocktails. My only complaint was we never saw the bus boy and had to ask for our place to be removed even after they served his dinner. The high decorative ceilings, stained glass accents, dark wood finishes, vintage-style lighting, and unique artwork throughout the restaurant give the place a warm and authentic feel. The inside has plenty of character, with cozy booths, classic pub seating, and a spacious layout that somehow still feels intimate and welcoming. The décor and atmosphere alone make this place worth visiting, whether you're there for drinks, dinner, or simply to take in the ambiance. The food definitely lived up to the setting. I ordered the beer-battered fish and chips, and they were excellent. The fish was flaky and fresh with a crispy, golden batter that had great flavor without feeling too greasy or heavy. The fries paired well with the dish, and the tartar sauce added a nice finishing touch. I also tried the loaded potato skins, which were packed with cheese, bacon, sour cream, and green onions--flavorful and a great appetizer to share. Service was friendly and attentive, and everything came out hot and fresh. There's a reason people from all over the Peninsula make the trip to this Irish pub on weekend…read morenights. it's become one of the few places in San Carlos that truly feels like nightlife. By day, it's warm, welcoming, and family-friendly. You'll see families enjoying dinner, friends catching up over drinks, and locals stopping in for great food and hospitality. But once Friday night hits, the entire atmosphere transforms. The lights dim, the music turns up, the dance floor fills, and the energy becomes something you'd expect to find in a much bigger city. Friday nights bring a fun mix of crowds; from younger groups looking for DJs, dancing, cocktails, and nightlife energy, to older guests enjoying the live music, atmosphere, and social vibe. Honestly, I'm a little older myself and still absolutely love the younger, high-energy scene here. It's fun, welcoming, and never feels out of place no matter your age. That's what makes this place so unique. Everyone fits in and everyone has a great time. Then Saturdays bring a completely different experience with live artists and an incredible variety of music. One weekend you'll hear young country performers getting the crowd singing along, and the next you'll find authentic Irish fiddlers creating that classic pub atmosphere everyone loves. That variety is what keeps people coming back..every weekend offers something different and memorable. The food is outstanding, the beer and cocktail selection is excellent, and the hospitality is second to none. I finally had the chance to meet Molly, the owner, and it's easy to see why this place has built such a loyal following. Her passion for creating a place where everyone feels welcome shows in every detail. From the amazing service to the live entertainment and unforgettable atmosphere, this isn't just another local pub. It's become a destination spot and one of the true nightlife gems in San Carlos.
