    The pool table

I ordered two beers. It's a bar feeling. And the service is pretty fast. It's great for karaoke and shooting pool and playing darts. .

Went here the other night. Nice little dive bar. Karaoke, pool, darts. Older crowd but friendly. Decent drinks. Plenty of restaurants around if you're hungry.

My best friend decided to celebrate her birthday at his neigborhood bar. The DJ was spinning old school classics and even devoted a Prince mini-set for the birthday girl. The drinks are strong and you're allowed to bring in outside food/cake. I didn't buy my own drink but I'm told the bartenders are friendly. I would return with friends for dancing and a low-key night out.

Had way too much fun!! Karaoke night was crazy! Nice casual spot, good drinks, nice people. Definitely going back!

Fireplace can be found at the table near the door.

This hole in the wall is every local's hangout place. If I ever wanted to see Cheers in real life, this place is it. The bartenders know everyone and can spot a newbie instantly. I stood out like a sore thumb but my coworker comes often that he's been trying to wing me in. The music playlist varies by staff. Super loud, super friendly, with some good drinks. CASH ONLY! There's some odd decorative things, pretty much just a bunch of random stuff. There's 1 pool table. I think I saw some darts but unsure. A fireplace can be found at the table nearest the door. You can't really feel the heat but it's nice to admire. Parking is a shared lot with other businesses in this tiny plaza. Drinks are good and they serve food!

Quality/Quantity - Surprised, but not surprised on the limited selection on tap... Today I got the following: Oktoberfest - Had to support as I will be out of the country (again) for this event. But my daughter will still support. Hazy Brew Free or Die IPA - Several of these, as this is one of their signature beers!! Crispy Cheese Curds - To bring back my Milwaukee experience! I would have preferred a more crispy fry, but it was still so good!! Especially with their beer. Ambiance - Consistent. Huge space, both indoor and outdoor. Lounge and picnic table seating. Service - Tayler/Tyler (sp) was great. I think he has been serving me for years; he still remembers me, lol. But because I am an excessive drinker, I still can't remember his name, so sorry!!!!! Price - $26 Includes 4 taxes and a CA special tax??? + a generous tip. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2000 and with your two locations. Triple Rock Brewery has created so many owners of other breweries! Congrats on your success at this location since 2015; we have been customers from day 1. This place was hopping, pun intended, when you first opened. The best part was that I discovered you by accident, by just driving by! I am so sad that another brewery is closing... The energy was incredible, and you could really feel how excited everyone was to be there cheering on the team. One thing I really liked was that instead of having one giant screen, they had multiple TVs throughout the bar, making it easy to catch the game no matter where you were sitting. There was also a DJ keeping the crowd energized, playing music and hyping everyone up during the match, which added so much to the atmosphere. The bar itself was really nice, and I was honestly pleasantly surprised by how great the overall vibe was. They have a taqueria inside and even though I didn't eat on this visit, the food I saw coming out to nearby tables looked delicious, and several dishes definitely caught my eye. I'll definitely be back to try the food for myself and will update my review afterward. A heads-up that the parking lot is a little small, but there is plenty of street parking nearby, so it wasn't a problem. The space itself isn't huge, but that's part of what made the atmosphere feel lively, energetic, and welcoming. If you're looking for a great place to watch a big game, enjoy a fun crowd, and soak up an exciting sports-bar atmosphere, Frank's Sports Bar & Grill is definitely worth checking out!

When we entered, I was taken aback to see a diner atmosphere. Not what I expected at all, but hey - give it a try. I had read some good reviews of the food. We sat down, and there was no waitstaff in view - only a couple of fellows at the bar, watching the World Cup game. When the waitress did appear, I ordered a salad with salmon, usually a reliable choice. The salad itself was fine, but the salmon was insanely salty. I couldn't eat it. Who puts that much salt on salmon? I do not recommend, except maybe that they change their name to Hegenberger Diner or something similar.

I got the cherry sour which was very sour and fruity - a little surprising (in a good way), delicious, and refreshing. I ordered the fish and chips but wanted a vegetable so I also got the melon and tomato salad. I'm a sucker for flan so I also had to try that. The fish and chips were perfect and piping hot and crispy. The salad was unfortunately a little disappointing; neither the melons nor tomatoes tasted very ripe so the whole salad was just a bit lacking in flavor. The flan also had a sliiiightly overcooked texture, but was overall pretty good, with a well-executed caramel sauce. Portions are also very generous!

My favorite part is their collection thoughtful, balanced, complex drinks. If you want a variety of delectable old fashioneds with different spirits -- you're in luck! ---- Drinks ---- The cocktails are the main reason we keep coming back! Old Fashioned menu. They actually have several varieties and I've really appreciated how they use a different spirit for each! I won't review every single one, but you can't go wrong based on what flavor profile you want. They're all relatively sophisticated, balanced, spirit-forward, and consistently well made. The rest of the cocktail menu is equally thoughtful. Complex, creative, and well executed without trying too hard or going over the top with flavors or presentation. The food is delicious as well although we're usually just here for drinks before/after a meal. More small bites than full meals, but everything we've had has been tasty and pairs well with the drinks. We really enjoyed the empanadas; great flavor and execution. ---- Environment ---- Warm, cozy, and stylish -- but not pretentious or obnoxious. Music volume is always at a level where you can actually have a conversation, which I really appreciate! It does get busy, especially on weekends, but it's never been extreme. We've been seated immediately or only with a short wait most times. ---- Service ---- Friendly, welcoming, and attentive! Always had good experiences with the staff even when busy. Most of them have good recommendations. ---- Tips ---- Make a reservation if you can! Walk-ins are definitely possible, though you may end up sharing a larger communal table.
