Stopped by on a quiet Monday night with my girlfriend, and was not disappointed! The bartender who was working, Joshua (had a necklace with his name so can't get it wrong) was friendly and attentive, resulting in an overall relaxing night with good conversation. The entire establishment was extremely clean, including the restroom Can't complain about drinks, we ordered the basics, a couple beers and some whiskey on the rocks but next time we will try some of their signature drinks. We will definitely come back soon, we actually have an invitation to a birthday party here for next month, so we're glad to have seen the place before then and are looking forward to it. Stay lit!

I come for the free popcorn lol but no seriously it's a cool spot for some drinks and good (loud) music. Can get pretty busy sometimes, it's a hit or miss.

I went to Lit Lounge for the first time last night and I definitely will be returning and bringing friends! Nicely decorated and clean. I arrived there by myself and the bartender, Joshua, was very friendly and accommodating playing music that other customers requested. The music is not so loud so you can have a normal conversation.

I loooove to check out new bars in town. I stopped by 7/8 to check out the new renovation and name change of this bar. I used to come here years ago when it was the Victorian Pub. Sooo glad someone finally renovated this place. It looks super modern and hip now. Love all the decor and big TV's. The bar looks BEAUTIFUL. And is definitely great for groups and young people that love to take selfies in front of cute backgrounds. Only downside I noticed was that the bar was dead. And there was a lack of genuine hospitality. I walked in the door and wasn't greeted warmly, in a timely manner, nor did I feel welcome. There was NO vibe at all. Anyways, I introduced myself to Owner Josh but it seemed he was too busy chatting up some girl at the bar which is fine. But I had came in this bar in hopes to help his business. Perhaps offer to help with some event planning and social media marketing here and bring in more business or bring a DJ, karaoke, food vendors, game night, singles night etc. For someone that works in hospitality/customer service as well as loves to help promote new businesses. This one is just lacking in the hospitality department for me. As a bartender I always say "Anybody can make a drink, just gotta know how to serve it. Have people leaving better than they came". I'll try this bar 1 more time in a few months, in hopes that they up the hospitality.

From service to bad drinks man very disappointed the guy with tattoos was just wort customer service don't go there .

Whack. It has no vibe. It's boring. It's a plain dive bar that has no food and just is average.

Once you enter in the bar, go to the right, they'll give you a stamp on your hand, and then you can head downstairs. There are many lounge areas, and small tables & chairs to sit and drink at. There are also pool tables to use for free! There's also a DJ that plays GOOD r&b, hip hop, pop, and even some throwbacks too! The DJ that night took song requests and even gave a shoutout to the birthday girl in our group too. The cocktails were good, and I'm sad I didn't take pictures of it (had too much fun). The waitress will come to your table and you can order there OR you can also order at the bar. When I ordered at the bar, the waitress was so nice and helped me bring the drinks over to our table. I also had a taste of the fries, and the cups and guac and it was tasty too! There's some parking right infront or a parking lot behind the bar. I will definitely come back!

They were about 10-15 other guests but the places so big and spacious that it almost felt like we had a place to ourselves. There's a spot for a DJ/music and I can only imagine that they have some great shows here. The bartender was attentive, and while they weren't very personable you could tell that they knew several of the regulars. I didn't drink anything fancy, bourbon neat, but it was a fair pour. You order food separately. We are fish tacos, wings & nachos. The fish was fried and coleslaw had a touch of mayonnaise but not too much. This was my favorite dish. The wings of the nachos or what you expect, definitely flavorful and cooked well. We liked the crowd and will definitely be back to listen to some music and check out the lounge downstairs.

The energy was incredible, and you could really feel how excited everyone was to be there cheering on the team. One thing I really liked was that instead of having one giant screen, they had multiple TVs throughout the bar, making it easy to catch the game no matter where you were sitting. There was also a DJ keeping the crowd energized, playing music and hyping everyone up during the match, which added so much to the atmosphere. The bar itself was really nice, and I was honestly pleasantly surprised by how great the overall vibe was. They have a taqueria inside and even though I didn't eat on this visit, the food I saw coming out to nearby tables looked delicious, and several dishes definitely caught my eye. I'll definitely be back to try the food for myself and will update my review afterward. A heads-up that the parking lot is a little small, but there is plenty of street parking nearby, so it wasn't a problem. The space itself isn't huge, but that's part of what made the atmosphere feel lively, energetic, and welcoming. If you're looking for a great place to watch a big game, enjoy a fun crowd, and soak up an exciting sports-bar atmosphere, Frank's Sports Bar & Grill is definitely worth checking out!

They're definitely on a mission. This one in San Leandro may be 2 years old and is a larger one. I think most of them are in huge spaces now with a large outdoor feature. Here their outdoor area is partially covered, like the sides, but the center is exposed to the open sky. They dot the space with large olive trees, so it has a nice beer garden vibe. We sat in their bar area, and I noticed that even though you are super close to where all the employees are, you get the most do-it-yourself type of service. We had to get our own beers at the bar station, place our food order there and repeat the process anytime we wanted anything more. Now the employees do bring the food out, will clear empties and bring a takeout box if needed. But I think the system is a bit flawed to only allow service personnel to only do partial the work, and create a system for them to avoid customer interaction. But when that tipping prompt comes up on the screen upon paying, the highlighted buttons of 18-20%+ aren't shy at glaring at you front and center. Just an observation and a 2020s cringe for me. I tried 2 of their lagers styles that day as it was pretty warm out and both were really good. Very bold and assertive in the hop ratio, which is a Fieldwork stamp. And what I liked is that they actually tasted fermented in the true lager style which is long, slow and cold. Garlic Fries ($9/4*) Standard and solid garlic fries. Thinner fries, crisp, clean and a good salt presence. A good amount of a cooked garlic is tossed in so isn't that 'spicier' raw garlic type. A dusting of parm is also in the mix. Great with cold crisp beers. Trust. Pepperoni Pizza ($22/3.5*) I remember I tried this same pizza at their San Ramon location and was really impressed with that one. Like a top 5 pizza for me here in the Bay. This one kinda had the similar traits but just wasn't as tight as my original try. The one in San Ramon was crisp throughout, without being overdone. This one was crisp on the outer edges but was limp in the center, so when picking up a slice, a major droop occurred. The pepperonis were totally legit, but the cheese here seemed more wet for some reason. Very milky in taste, but I think it is the reason why the center stayed wet. Again just an observation. Pretty good add for San Leandro, with 21st Amendment closing within the year. This keeps San Leandro a strong brew destination still with Drake's nearby still in the fray. I'm sure I'll be back, just don't love their mode of service chosen.
