A pair of local Brownsburg owners who have spent a number of years getting to know the folks in the area have opened this mini store just south of Main St (US 136). There's a large gravel parking lot surrounded by mature trees; makes it feel like you're in a wooded area. Inside, the shop is filled with colorful women's clothing and accessories like bracelets and soaps. There are positive/upbeat sayings throughout the store to encourage customers to have a good experience. The clothing is probably geared towards working women who want something nice to wear either to work or during their precious down time. Due to the limited size of the shop, the clothing that comes in is limited in quantity, so getting to know the owners and when new shipments come in might be to your advantage to be able to pick up something in your size. Okay, I am relying upon my wife's opinion on much of this review, so I'm supposed to mention that the individual brands that are carried vary widely on how true to size they run. Fortunately, the owners are familiar with each brand well enough to know the differences and can help you find a size that works best for you. My wife ended up buying three tops while there, so I think she really liked it. Prices seemed pretty reasonable on most of the items too! Very friendly staff/owners are low pressure, but since the space is small, you are within speaking range of the counter if you need assistance. Review #2624

Let me mention that I have rather fat feet and huge calves. So I thought the easiest would be to get a pair of those ankle boots, so they don't have to encompass my huge calves. Well I found some I liked, but the foot bed was so narrow, it hurt. One of the employees approached me to see if I needed help and indeed I did. I told her my problems. She wasn't sure and went to ask someone else. He came over and let me know that the store did not carry wide with in the ankle boots and he didn't think they existed. He offered mid high boots and I doubted that I would fit into any, but he talked me into trying it. The boot was exactly the look I was going for and wouldn't you know it was a perfect fit. He explained what I needed to watch out for in future purchases. where the boot should hug the foot and where it should be a bit roomier. The price was reasonable too, so I said yes to the boots. I came out of the store with a great pair of boots and a lot more knowledge.

The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they always have to text the owner to find out the price of something because it isn't marked. Granted, we stopped in late in the afternoon - apparently, rather close to closing time because the salesperson began retrieving clothing "sale" racks from the sidewalk outside the store while we were looking around - but, um, those sales racks were what brought us in and we were the only customers in the store at the time. Surely, we could have at least been asked what we were looking for, told about other sale items, etc. In fact, I WAS looking for some new yoga duds, especially pants or capris and tried my best to make this obvious by pointing out several items to my hubby and kind of loudly talking about why I thought they might be good - or not - for my practice. I was hoping to be "waited on" instead of just feeling as if the young woman was waiting for us to leave. What a disappointment, since the store did seem to have a few things I would buy. I spied some very cool shoes on sale on a table near the back of the store - and who doesn't need more shoes? - but in the end, I simply won't buy from a place where I don't get more than the standard entry and exit greeting from the sales staff...sorry :-( Selection in the store appeared to be pretty decent and prices appropriate for the various apparel lines I recognized.....just needed better service.
