The clothes are cute but from the moment I walked in the door I was hounded about what I was shopping for. I was asked repeatedly by the same person "what I was out doing today" and "what I needed" she also commented on my outfit twice. I answered the question the same each time and that didn't seem to satisfy her. Any item I touched she ran over and said "you should try that on!" Sooo annoying. I heard this same scenario being repeated to other customers by the other sales ladies for the ten mins I was in the store. Yes you have cute clothes but lighten up on the aggressive sales pitch and take a cue from the customers responses. I will avoid this store in future shopping trips to Clay Terrace.

As you might expect, it's also quite expensive. It's not unheard of to see $250 skirts in here. However, you can also find more reasonably priced items, and while an entire closet full of these clothes might be kind of dull (not to mention pretentious), there's something for everyone here, and more variations on the eternal "little black dress" than you could ever dare to hope for. While they do have lovely tops, pants and jackets, I think their skirts and dresses are usually their finest pieces. Check this out if you're looking for something elegant yet distinctive.

I was impressed with the quality of the clothes. The colors of the fabrics are soothing and lovely. The store is laid out well and neatly organized. I don't usually spend much on fancy workout clothes to be honest and the prices are pretty high. I did find a long sleeve tee that I couldn't live without. The clerks are friendly and offered assistance. They were happy to do a short hold in merchandise. Parking is challenging to annoying at Clay Terrace. We parked way out and it was freezing outside.

The order never went through. I kept waiting. I went to the cashier and she told me she must have sent the order to the wrong email. She called the guest education center and they had to cancel the order and I had to wait ten minutes more for funds to come back on the gift card that I used. The clerk who was nice , Catherine , did apologize. The manager , Lauren , came to the checkout. She never nice apologized to me for the 35 minute inconvenience which made me late to another appt. I wanted to order a jacket in a 4 and Lauren would not match the online price to the price Lulu had in the store. I did not appreciate how she responded to the error the first check out girl did. And she did not offer to do anything to make a bad situation better. Very poor customer service in my opinion by Lauren who needs more training and emotional intelligence. The lululemon at Clay Terrace is nothing to praise. I rarely visit this store as the management does not care about employees at all. They are almost rude and don't have a high level of customer service at all. The Keystone one is way better. No wonder Lulu is losing so many customers to Alo and Vuori and Athleta as the customer service is better. This one at Clay Terrace is not ideal. I'd go to Keystone.

Though it is a chain, and the clothing items are not American made, I really enjoy shopping here. I'm a little bigger than their average customer, I believe. I'm a size 14 in dresses and jeans, and I do struggle to find well-fitting clothes here, which don't run big, or go to an XL that often. But it's worth the search to find items that fit! Cute clothes, cutesy yet costumey jewelry, and other adorable accessories. Friendly and helpful staff as well! Now if they could only add more XL sizes so my boobs could fit into things better, they'd be awesome!!

I had no idea. Charming Charlies kind of hides them. They are in the old shoe store. The employees were super great! I had called earlier in the day and they looked up a few things. But when the dress I wanted wasn't in this area she suggested I come try some on that were similar. I am so glad I did. I totally would have gone with a bigger size. And there are no returns on the clearance online. The manger helped me find 2 similar dresses to the ones I showed her online and I grabbed a 3rd. All fit right away at her size suggestion. My dresses from online should be here in a few days. I paid the shipping price as I knew them before our cruise, but normally you can have them shipped to the store for free! She even offered to order them for me, but I did it online so I could browse a little more. I can't wait to shop some more there!
