I was at to teach them how to resolve it. In about 10 minutes, everything was restored, but their own manager didn't have the common sense to call for help. They told everyone to pay cash only. Normally my cabinet contractor purchases the parts, but he was too busy. We took over a job without having all the specifications. I came into their Brea store and Joey was as working the counter. I think he is number 1 employee when it comes to condescending, arrogance. He did a great job making me look stupid and he is proficient in demonstrating his anger and frustration by slamming boxes and such. They used to have s great counter person, too bad he isn't there. Clearly this guy has personal issues or short comings that he takes out on unsuspecting customer. My orientation was done by Joe who was outstanding, professional and knowledgeable answering all my questions and educating me on overall spa care. I signed up for their O-Care program which keeps me current on my spa treatment supplies and provides free delivery as well as a $10 discount on my orders all while extending my heater warranty to their Lifetime Heater Warranty.
