The house that I purchased was missing a couple interior doors- and I wanted to put a bifold door on the laundry room. The first time I called, Jose was super helpful- knew exactly what kind of doors I had in my house, told me how much they were in standard sizes, and gave me the name of Steve Hendon, who was the guy who would actually install the doors. Steve came out a couple days later to measure all my doorways- it's an old house so they're not standard measurements- plus the frames are kinda crooked due to settling. He promptly got that information to Jose at West Tampa Doors. When I went in to pick out my doors, again, Jose was very helpful. He gave me an exact estimate of how much the doors would cost, now that he knew the measurements and how they had to be cut to fit. I thought the prices were all very reasonable!!! Cheaper than some other big name stores. He answered all my questions...even the stupid ones (do the doors come painted? do they come with hinges?)...and was great the whole time. I will be replacing my back door in the next few months and I look forward to calling Jose again! West Tampa Door is a great example of a local business with awesome customer service.

She also followed up along with their scheduler, Johanna, at multiple points throughout the process once I accepted their fair proposal. Hernan and his helper were careful and thorough, and the work was professionally completed in a timely manner. The Owner, Carlos, even reached out afterwards to confirm that I was satisfied. They were neither the most expensive nor least expensive, but they're reliable. I'm a repeat customer, and I'll gladly consider them again for my future projects.

Then the next day when the sun started shining through on the walls, I could see areas that could use another coat of paint. I am trying to live with it but will probably need to hire someone else to apply at least one more coat of paint. Some areas of the walls are slightly darker than others and you can see the brush lines. I was excited and chose this company because of the reviews on here, but that quickly changed to disappointment.

I drove 100+ miles and picked up my kitchen. After spending a few hours assembling the cabinets I realized that the cabinets were not the right size. 30" vs the 36" I had indicated that I needed. I was Not happy but decided to just deal with it and use what I was sold. When I went to install the cabinets on the wall I realized that the over the refrigerator cabinet was 24" deep instead of the 14" that I had requested to match the depth of the rest of the cabinets. This was a deal breaker for me as this cabinet door would not open due to it hitting the refrigerator hinges. I called customer service and spoke with someone that I could barely understand and explained the situation. When I was done explaining, the line was disconnected!!!. I started over and spoke to another person that was hard to understand with a dog barking in the background. This person set me up with an online appointment to resolve the problem. Six hours later I had the online appointment where the nice person that I could understand explained to me that they only designed kitchens and had no authority to resolve the situation. He then gave me a phone number to call to resolve the situation which was the same number that I had originally called. I called again and the individual I spoke to didnt seem to have enough knowledge about their product to help me. At this point I asked to return the cabinets. Ikea will pick up the cabinets in 9 DAYS. Then 5-6 business days later I will be refunded the money. So now I have to wait two more weeks to be able to reorder cabinets elsewhere because my money is tied up by this fiasco!
