I even said, "This doesn't look big enough," but he assured me it was the correct one. I took it home and unfortunately it wasn't the right size, so I had to run back to the store. The woman who greeted me the first time was incredibly kind and helpful -- she had even helped me load bags of soil into my car earlier. She handled the return for me with no problem at all. Then I went back upstairs where the actual plumbing specialist helped me pick out the correct part. The customer service here is excellent. It's so close to my house that I prefer going there instead of a big store like Home Depot. I may pay a little more sometimes, but the convenience, helpful staff, and friendly service make it worth it. Usually, they're right and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this store for both customer service and convenience.

I've always had to wait when I've been there, too. I've had two bad experiences. The first time I brought in paint to be matched, the guy made it too light. It was my painter that noticed and took it back to be fixed. The guy who helped my painter acknowledged that the paint they'd "matched" was 25% too light because the guy who'd done it had used a stir stick to compare as opposed to a piece of paper (I don't know how these things work but apparently this is common knowledge in the painting world). Secondly, on a different visit the same guy who mis-matched my paint also rang me up incorrectly. As I was leaving the store, I noticed he charged me for a more expensive roller than the one I had purchased. I took it back and he fixed it but it took him a while to figure it out. I think from now on I'll just drive a little further and go somewhere where they know what they're doing.

At the time, we were very happy with our kitchen remodel and the overall experience working with Creative Design & Build. The project turned out beautifully, which is why I originally left such a positive review. Over the years, however, I noticed that one section of the flooring felt slightly soft when walking on it. At first, it did not seem serious, so we continued to live with it. Recently, the problem became worse and a section of the floor began to noticeably sink when stepped on and eventually a few edges of the flooring broke. At that point, I became concerned that it could become a safety issue. Because we still had plenty of spare flooring boards left over from the project, I attempted to replace the affected board myself. Unfortunately, I was unable to get the new board to fit correctly due to the locking system, and I could not restore the original board either. I then contacted Creative Design & Build for assistance. One reason I reached out was because our original project manager, Oded, had told us that if we ever had any issues, we should contact the company. I left a voicemail and later received a return call from a staff member. After I explained the situation, she said she would check with management and get back to me. A few days later, I received a text message stating that the warranty had expired and that no repairs would be covered. This was disappointing because I had never been informed that there was a four-year warranty period, nor was I able to find any reference to such a limitation in our contract. When I asked for details regarding the warranty and whether they could recommend someone to repair the issue, I did not receive any further response. There were two other issues relating to electrical and plumbing, however we decided to live with that until we had a major problem we needed fixing. I still appreciate the work that was done on our remodel years ago, and our kitchen remains a space we enjoy. However, I have been disappointed by the lack of follow-up and support when a problem arose. My advice to future customers is to make sure all warranty terms, coverage details, and expiration dates are clearly documented and understood before signing a contract.

Meticulous prep work to ensure everything was covered and masked appropriately, HOA had zero issues with any of the work throughout the week. The condo ended up being flawless. Gabriel even painted behind the refrigerator and oven, on the rear of doors, and the closet (which had built-ins requiring a lot of masking between all of the shelves). Their original prices are so much better than the local garden stores and selection is also better. The service is great too. Darrin and the admin team are so helpful and pleasant. I also want to acknowledge the two team members who helped load the birdbath and pottery into my truck. They were friendly, helpful, and handled it with care. He acted as if he was inconvenienced and possibly dealing with a "women" who was taking up his time to pick out a replacement pot. I will most likely never shop there again.
