Called Nur about doing a wallpaper repair and he was able to show up the same day to assess the situation. He told me he'd try to repair it and he gave it a valiant effort, but it still looked wonky so I asked if he could re-wall paper the entire area (luckily I still had leftover paper.) He did a fantastic job. It was a complicated, tight space all around a toilet in a powder room. He worked fast, cleanly, and left our home without leaving any mess behind. Plus, he's just a lovely person. Don't hesitate to hire him. You'll be pleased. read more

We are in the process of moving into a new home in Carlsbad and I hired Nur and his team to paint some kids rooms which they did an excellent job, he also noticed we needed someone to do cabinet painting in our kitchen Reno and told me his company is capable of that as well, so we decided to hire them to do all of our kitchen cabinet painting and WOW!!! They did such a great job. He got right to work and worked tirelessly over a few days to get it done on our timeline. He even mastered painting the wooden hood to make it look and feel like a plaster hood. I am so thrilled with the result and the 4 nice guys work ethic is top tier!! Will definitely be using them again! 5 stars!! read more

I reached out to Nur through Yelp. He was quick to respond, and accommodating of my schedule. I wanted wallpaper placed in my downstairs bathroom, but didn't realize the textured walls would be problematic. He recommended smoothening the walls to ensure the wallpaper stays flush and will last a very long time. Shortly after, Ali came by and smoothened everything! Nur and Ali came by the following day to put up the wallpaper. I HIGHLY recommend them, they're kind, honest, extremely hardworking, and very knowledgeable about wallpaper and painting! Beautiful work! Thank you so so much! read more

Amazing work! Best contractor ever hired by us. We called several and they were the best! They do it all! read more

Amazing experience. After getting a few REALLY high quotes for painting our living room and dining room, I got a reply from Nur that was incredibly fair based on what we needed. His replies were quick and to the point, which I appreciated very much. Charlie, the painter was punctual, even arrived a few minutes before the scheduled start time. He was kind and ready to get the job done. He set down all the proper taping, item coverings, brown paper to not track paint. Then he cleaned the walls section by section to prep and then he was off. He was here about 7 hours and did a fantastic job for the size of the area and being solo. My mom and I found him to be friendly and informative about the painting process and answered all of the questions we had. After the job was done, payment was easy and Nur emailed me an invoice. We are moving in a few months, but if anything else comes up that we need, we will not hesitate to use this company again. Recommended 10/10 read more

Follow up exceeded my expectations . And I'm looking forward to working with them. Very friendly and reliable.

I had a great experience with these guys! I had my cabinets changed from orange to white and they did an immaculate job. The entire process took about 3 days. The crew covered up and moved everything they needed to, and then removed all covers and placed everything back to its original position. We did not even have to empty our cabinets, and the whole process made it easy and painless as the customer. Highly recommend 4 nice guys to anyone! read more

Kitchen Transformation As a first time homeowner, I was a little nervous taking on a project to update my builder-grade kitchen to something more my taste. Working with Nur, his team originally painted my downstairs living space but then also expanded to paint the kitchen cabinets as well as install a custom rock backsplash. Super happy with the finished effect and would recommend the team if you're looking for a friendly, affordable and high quality team to work on your project. read more

4 Nice Guys was the perfect business to help paint our solar panel conduit pipes to match our current exterior. Communication was great with quick replies to our questions. 4 Nice Guys also color matched our original exterior color and paint all in the same day. The cost was very affordable for us and payment went swiftly since he accepts all types of mobile payment. Scheduling this job with him was quick since we had a deadline with our HOA. Im keeping 4 Nice Guys in my contacts for future work since the house is aging and will need repainting. I highly recommend 4 Nice Guys for all your painting needs. read more

We recently had our house painted after the HOA let us know that the trim needed to be updated. After several bids from local painters, we liked the price and the consistent follow up and availability of 4 Nice Guys. Our situation was a little unique. The house is a duplex style. The neighbors were on board to have the trim done, which is what we started with. Once that was complete, we decided we wanted to have the rest of the house painted, but the neighbors did not. Along with the paint, his team also repaired some wood rot that needed to be fixed on the chimney flume. Nur went out of his way to get the correct HOA approved paint and his team was done in just a couple days. The house looks great, the price was fair, and they painted in such a way that there's not an immediately noticeable difference between the two sides of the house. If we need any further painting (interior or exterior), we will definitely come back. read more

I was absolutely impressed with wallpaper done for three rooms! I had three different wallpapers including a shiny detailed pattern on and grass wallpaper which are both challenging. They turned out beautiful. Beyond that- he was punctual, kept the space clean and friendly. I mismeasured and didn't have enough wallpaper for one of the rooms. He suggested partially paying him and that he would return once the wallpaper was here- about two weeks later. Once it arrived he was able to finish the job very quickly. I highly recommend working with him! read more

4 Nice Guys were incredible to work with. Great price, excellent workmanship and timeline for our exterior paint job. The team was incredibly patient and meticulous. Our backyard is full of tropical plants that sit right against much of the house, and they were so careful to preserve them while still providing great coverage. We had a last minute color change too, and they accommodated us without any issue. They listened carefully and finished the job exactly to our specifications. Highly recommend! They are the best! Nur and his team did an amazing job painting our bathroom cabinet and installing grass cloth wall covering. First off, the owner, Nurgali, immediately responded with a quote, unlike other companies I had contacted. Due to a time crunch we were dealing with, he accommodated our schedule with a timely installation date. Grass cloth installation requires skilled hands to help minimize seams. Nurgali did just that! The completed work is unbelievable. Since I did not know the color/finish of the existing cabinet, he took the time to take one of the doors to the paint store to have it matched. It is exactly as the original cabinet- looks even better. 4 Nice Guys was responsive, reliable and provided us with quality work at a very competitive quote. We will definitely use them for our whole house interior/exterior painting. read more

Wallpaper rookie here and how I'm sold especially with the expertise of 4 Nice Guys! We hired based on great yelp reviews and their competitive pricing. Highly recommended ! Nur did professional A+ work repairing wallpaper, in our Victorian, that had come loose over the years. Achieved the task in a short period of time. Reasonable, especially in this age of overpricing. Returned my calls, unlike the other paperhangers listed on Yelp in San Diego! Am looking forward to his return to hang a hand printed border from Bradbury , next. Thank you! read more

We needed our very sun-bleached doors refinished. At first we thought we'd sand, stain, and varnish, but the veneer was completely gone, so we were forced to paint. (Nur's worker sanded 19 hours before that decision was reached.) In the end the job turned out beautifully, and the price was $1000, about one third the price of our highest bid, a painter who was going to work on the doors vertically, so he couldn't possibly have done as good a job. Nur is a perfectionist, insisting on making a minor refinement even after I, the customer, said it's fine. I would definitely hire him and his company again. read more

Zhas and his team were great! They were responsive for a quote, were able to finish the painting job in only a few days and worked long hours over the weekend. After they were finished, we noticed a few spots that needed a little bit of touch up. They came back to look at it and fixed it the same day.
