DONT DO THAT. They make a BIG fuss. Just order for pick up and wait for your ready message or go in store to pick it up yourself and buy at the register. We knew exactly what we wanted and knew the store was closing soon so my husband got the flat bed cart thing and carried our one year old straight to the back corner with my son following behind him. They left me in the dust because I am heavily pregnant and was waddling. Every store employee we passed told me "we're closing soon" so when I saw my husband up ahead walk past a worker and the worker look back at him, turn course, and begin to follow my husband I thought "we better hurry up" this guy is going to tell us they're closing soon but nope! He was soo nice! Asked us if we had questions, helped my husband load our flat bed cart because we were getting twelve boxes of 12x36 tile, got a forklift to pull out the boxes in the back and walked us to where the grout that was in display is located. I believe his name is Luis! Thank you Luis for a wonderful experience. We're sincerely sorry if we got you in trouble. You didn't know we ordered ahead until we got to the register. If anything this man deserves a promotion! Top tier customer service! Also, we hurried to this location to get the tile we wanted because it was $30 cheaper per box than the location by our home! Thats why we always make the trip to this location.

Since the 2019 lockdowns the current manager seems to be hell-bent on making it the most miserable place to shop on Earth. All the cashiers are gone. Now there are just an array of self checkout kiosks and at least 8 of them are closed at all times just to make sure that you still have to stand in a ridiculous line while some old woman looks over your shoulder to upsell you on a rewards membership. Item doesn't scan? Welp. You'll just get to stand there for half an hour while somebody figures out what to do about it. Need to push a large cart full of drainage pipes to one of those three open self-checkout kiosks? Well surprise, idiot. Mr. Manager Man has decided to put giant display racks in the middle of every aisle making that completely impossible under the best of circumstances. 99% of the time there will also be a waddling gaggle of morbidly obese people obstructing whatever's left of the aisle because they want to look at the moose scented candles or whatever stupid bullshit they're carrying for no apparent reason. Need to find a particular electrical or plumbing fitting? Too bad. Every single box has had its contents thoroughly shuffled with every other box in the store so there's absolutely no chance the fitting you need is anywhere near where it's supposed to be. Asking anyone where they put them just gets you a stoned "Uh, like... What?" from the random idiot wandering around. Entire aisles will be cordoned off for the entire day because someone eventually plans on restocking something. They're not stocking it now and they won't be stocking it in the next hour but it's closed. If you dare walk down it anyway a pimply kid will yell at you and that's like really threatening or something. Just in case you haven't been run off yet, there's also an obnoxiously beeping inventory robot ramming into you from behind and a scam artist from some solar incentive sales ponzi scheme following up shortly thereafter. He got his job on the TikTok. Given what an unbelievable hassle it is just to set foot in this place, you might think that you'll be clever and order whatever you need on their website so they have to go burrowing through their own randomized inventory piles but you'll be screwed there, too, because the website automatically reloads itself at least a dozen times so the search field clears itself out and is absolutely worthless. The actual order pickup process is also every bit as time consuming as it involves a stoner doofus reading numbers on a tag to find your order. The manager needs to be removed so things can get back to their usual degree of mediocrity.

She bought several pieces, thousands worth, including a $750 matress. What the salesperson FAILED to tell us was that the floor model was SIGNIFICANTLY softer that the new one she would recieve because hundreds, if not thousands of people have broken it down. The matress was delivered and immediately we realized that it was hard, like rock hard. Like sleeping on a cement slab. She called and got their standard auto reply of "you just need to break it in" and their "sorry, youre outta luck - too bad for you" attitude. The time it would take to break this matress in to even half of what the floor model felt like would take years. Its completely unrealistic, shes just 1 person! Whats worse is she isnt able to get comfortable and is having lingering effects from loss of sleep and physical pain. She had to buy an expensive mattess topper which slightly helps but still.... NOT THE POINT and not 100% remedied. We tried emailing Living Spaces customer help, customer service and even a corporate email we found and they all bounced back. Its clear they have no intention of helping us. Fortunately there are consumer laws but its a shame we have to even go in that direction. It would have been nice and more importantly it would have been fair for them to not only advise of the difference in feel but remedy the situation by allowing for a courtesy exchange. Jeez, even the ability to correspond would be nice instead of having to resort to alternative recourses. Literally any other mattress chain allowes for at least a 30 day exchange. Living Spaces, you have earned your 2 star reviews.
