Excellent service, they'll tell you where to find the tools you need, and the friendly consultants at the checkout will help if you have any questions. They also have a large assortment of garden supplies. I highly recommend them. You can also find a range of products for the home.

HD is an exercise in brain rot.... Employees see you and run the other way. Inventory is crazy.... looks like it's instock and it isn't. Private label products are dreadful i.e., Glacier Bay

I was in a pinch and needed to rent some equipment last minute. No other Home Depot had what I needed (or were particularly helpful over the phone), but this one came through! As the name suggests, this location is obviously more useful for those who actually work in construction. But even for a hobby DIYer like myself, the process of using their tool rental center was easy and efficient, and the folks there were kind and helpful. A little extra for folks who might be hesitant to step inside: an added bonus of this place is no one questioned what I was doing in there or assumed I didn't know what I was doing which can happen for me sometimes in hardware stores. Just all around an easy and positive experience.

I brought in the paint on the lighter colored stir stick to get matched, and was sold the paint on the darker stir stick.

Women and gender minorities beware: the guy in the paint department will ruin your day. I had to come in here twice this week. I'm trying to fill in an area of my wall, which was originally painted with behr marquee one coat. There is very little paint left in the original container, so I took a sample of what was left into the store with me to color match. I found a few swatches that looked pretty close, but the guy behind the counter suggested that using the color matching software would be a better bet. I handed him the sample I had taken from the paint can, he mixed me up a gallon of paint, and I was on my way. But the paint is way too dark. It isn't anywhere close to the color I was trying to match. In my first photo, there are two paint stirring sticks. The first one is the dark color that was "matched" for me. The second one is the color that was on my walls already. The swatches are the colors I think are pretty close to my wall. I don't understand why I was sold such a dark color. The second photo shows it being spot-tested on my wall. So I came back in today, and the same guy was there. He continued to address me as "ma'am" and said that the computer was responsible for the mistake. From a customer service standpoint, it could not have been worse. I'm a trans man. I've had surgeries to look more masculine, I have facial hair, I wear menswear. Nothing about me is feminine. This guy called me ma'am in every single sentence, both times I was there. He asked me if I knew what a gallon was. He was condescending the entire interaction. Then he called me "sweetie pie." I told him he probably shouldn't call people that. He put his hands up, said "we're going to stop right now," and walked away. Sexist, transphobic, rude.

We had the difficult choice of cleaning up the garage to make a path to move in a new dryer or try to fix it again. One of the parts (pulley) did not look like what was in the videos. He told me likely causes of the belt snapping. I was surprised that the price for the two parts with tax $32 were no more than what I saw online, in fact less than at some. I did some research on the part it cost approx $120 online but you can return. I thought since it is $20-30, it is worth the risk. So I drove all the way down to this shop, he then told me the parts was $210 !?!? I thought I misheard the quote and asked again, he said it is $210. I told him that I called the store before and was quoted $20-30. He immediately brush it off by saying it was not him. Do yourself a favor and order it online, not only it is cheaper, some store even accept returns. Overall it was a bad experience, the owner seem arrogant and did not offer any help and say it is company policy. I have been to other store where the owner tries to help you to identify the problem as much as possible. After all that is a value a shop can offer where online store can't. I just don't understand how it can have 5 stars review.

I was walking towards the garden gate, female sale associate was pulling down the gate. I asked her if she's able to check when they will refill on stock. She asked if I like to come in and she can ask the guys. My mom and I went in, she closed the gates and forgot about us. I don't know where she left to. I found a young male associate (20-25, round fair skin baby face), asked him, he was very detailed. Told me they will receive shipment tonight and about 2000 in stock. Came in next morning at 9:30am, only 14 bags were left! There was an older Hispanic associate, asked if I'm able to purchase the rest of them. He didn't understand me, pointed towards the register. I went to the register, asked the lady there (Amelia), am I able to purchase the remaining bags? She said yes. I did ask if I'm able to purchase 20 in total and they save the 6 bags for me to come pick up the next day, she didn't understand my question. I didn't want to keep explaining. So I just purchase the 14 bags. With receipt in hand, I asked the older Hispanic associate if he can help bring the bags to my car. Bags were on a flat bed. I wasn't sure if I can take the flat bed or what..??? He told me no he can't. I went back to Amelia, I asked if there's someone that can help me bring the soil to my car. And she sounded surprised that I needed help. I waited 5-10 minutes until someone came to help me. Another male associate, 23-28 oval face glasses ear length wavy hair told me I can pull up my car right by the gate and have the trunk open and he'll load the soil in. He notice one of the bags had a tiny hole in it. He told me he's going to come back with adhesive tape and seal the hole. He was really nice and professional.

Thor's own certified service providers were no better (one declined the brand, the other ghosted). Gold Standard had 259 five-star reviews, so my wife reached out through Yelp on November 20. It took two weeks and a follow-up message (plus a voicemail) before Cristhian responded. He came out on December 8, diagnosed the issue, and quoted us $272.30 + tax for the part and $310 for labor. We paid $85 for the diagnosis and told him to go ahead and order the part. Then, silence. My wife followed up on December 16. No response. Again on December 18, this time saying we'd find someone else if he couldn't commit to a date. He finally replied, saying the part was backordered and wouldn't arrive until mid-to-late January. We said we'd wait. Late January came. My wife followed up again. Cristhian said he'd call the supplier "real quick." A few days later he reported the supplier wasn't answering his calls or emails. He said he'd look into alternatives. My wife followed up again on February 10, offering to source the part herself if he'd just tell her the part number. No response. On February 28, after three months of this, we sent a final message letting him know we were moving on. Cristhian never replied. Summary: we paid $85 for a diagnosis, got a quote that was never acted on, sent roughly ten messages over three months, and received maybe four replies. The part was apparently never procured. His phone always went to voicemail. I'm writing this because the 5-star rating doesn't reflect our experience. Hopefully Cristhian will respond and resolve the issue quickly, and/or refund the $85 diagnosis fee.

Later, I had another problem as the fridge started making an odd noise. Initially, Vadym suspected it was the compressor fan, but the issue persisted. This issue had actually been lingering for a long time, I had at least four or five other companies came to diagnose the noise issue, each offering different quick opinions--some barely inspected it and suggested immediate part replacements, others insisted the fridge needed to be pulled out (which is a big job for a built-in unit) and fix from the back of the fridge. But none felt confident, they all rushed to conclusions without a proper diagnosis. Vadym stood out by taking the time. He thoroughly examined the fridge and, when the issue persisted, he consulted his network instead of guessing. Eventually, he figured out the noise was caused by the condenser pipe and water pipe being too close, which caused vibration when the compressor kicked in. In the end, he fixed it. What I truly appreciated was his commitment, he didn't rush to a quick guess; he invested time, asked for input, and returned until it was resolved. I would highly recommend Vadym and Metro Appliance to others.

Appreciate it! My LG refrigerator died recently and I needed it repaired ASAP. Triton was able to come the soonest so I went with them. They came right away and fixed the problem- the fridge needed a new compressor. So far so good. The job ended up costing around $1350. $950 for the labor and $400 for the part. Super expensive I know but still cheaper than getting a new fridge. The problem was that the compressor was still under warranty and the repair man said that they could reimburse us for the part if we call LG to have them replace it after the fact. He assured me that this is common practice and he's done it several times before. Ok so I pay them, call LG, give them all the info they asked for and they say they will send Triton the new part in 3-4 weeks. A month goes by and I call Triton about the reimbursement. The guy says he needs to check with his warehouse or inventory manager or something to see if the part arrived and would call me back. I never heard back. I tried again the next week. Same thing- he needs to check with his inventory guy and will get back to me. No call back. I call again and you'll never guess what happened. Yes same story. And now I am writing this review because I'm starting to think I'm not getting that $400 back. Ugh.
