He showed me where it was and wanted to hurry back to the front with it in his hand without letting me even look at it. I stopped him saying I needed to compare the product to what I had to make sure it was the right one. There were multiple options and no differentiating description on the front. You also couldn't see it fully without opening it up so I was trying to make sure I had the right one. I did not want to come back or have to go somewhere to replace it. He kept rushing me and when I went to take the product to look at it, he held onto it until I had to pull it out of his hand. He literally pressed his fingers together gripping it. It was very clear he did not want me touching any of the product in the store. I guess he thought I was going to grab it, stuff it down my leggings, rush past him and out the store. It was $7. I had no purse and had my wallet and keys were in my hand so I have no idea where his imagination was going. After I looked at, I was decided to try it so turned to talk to the front check out and he grabbed it out of my hands to walk it to the front. I typically shop here because the Lowes is far but I'll take my business elsewhere. I wouldn't want to frighten the old white men with my presence. Fox News must have told him every POC wants what they have and will steal it right in front of them in broad daylight. In reality, I would rather not speak or deal with you either.

This is my new go to store! I would recommend to anyone looking for decently priced tools for simple projects at home.

If your mattress is discontinued and you manage to win the warranty claim, instead of being able to exchange for a new mattress they give you a credit that won't cover the cost of the equivalent mattress from that same brand. I also contacted the brand and they assured me that Mattress Firm would do the right thing, they didn't. Offering an extra $300 off for a mattress I should not have to replace is unfair. The mattress was discontinued due to well known issues with that model, you would think they would see this and make it right. But, they only want you to spend more of your hard earned money "so they can upgrade you" ! They have lost my business, I hope if you read this you choose a better company to give your business to!

My sister said she could damage the surgery that was done and she should sleep on a twin mattress with a mattress cover in case she had an accident and it would be easier to clean up. My mom refused to sleep on the mattress. So I never unboxed it or open the mattress cover. I had to get her a stairlift eventually because she couldn't get upstairs to her bedroom. I was told no refund for the mattress or the cover. So I still have both of them in my garage.

Ms. Shequita Is the Saving grace of this facility. She is the reason this is a 5 review and not 3. Pros for the facility: super clean, gated, has surveillance & well maintained. Cons for the facility: I need access to my unit 24/7 since it is over 2 hours from where I am. Even though you have your own gate code to gain access, I only found out that you can't get in 24/7 when I drove over night to grab some items and the gate wouldn't open. So there are limited hours for access. I have never experienced that before with any other storage facility & I specifically asked the previous manager about access.
