They pressure washed, scraped and sanded, repaired cracks, patched masonry, installed replacement wall caps, primed, and painted the wall. The finished result transformed the property. I also hired them to restore and repaint my deck. They pressure washed it, replaced more boards than expected, reinforced parts of the structure, and applied a beautiful finish that suits the home. Despite a prior known issue with the Raw Umber additive, Sherwin Williams contends that the paint is not defective. They told me that the SuperPaint really does not have a lifetime warranty because color change and adhesion are excluded.

When it was time to pay I thought she accidentally entered a gallon and said it was supposed to be for a quart. She immediately got extremely angry and said I was wrong, I asked for the gallon since that's what SHE wrote down. She never said anything to confirm I wanted a gallon until she was basically YELLING AT HER CUSTOMER. Once she has huffed off back to the back and come back, she is loudly ranting about me. She clearly knows I can hear her. I told her there was no need to be so rude, and if it was that big of a deal I'd just take the gallon. I did this because I was just ready to leave and have her stop berating me. I will be avoiding this Sherwin Williams at all costs forever. There are several other locations fairly close, so STEER CLEAR and go to another one!

I guess there must be a big market for paint stores if Sherwin-Williams can have a couple of stores so close together. I had a great experience here for a couple of reasons. First, I needed paint for a bathroom remodel project. I brought in a tile that I was putting in the bathroom so I could find a paint color that would match the tile. The sales person gave me immediate assistance when I came in (there was no one else in the store) and was extremely helpful. He directed me immediately to a palette of colors that would go well with my tile and his first recommendation I decided to take. After this paint was applied in my bathroom, it looked stunning with the tile. It's great to get a good recommendation like this. A few other nice things about the store: they accept Apple Pay! I love being able to pay by just holding up my wrist with my Apple Watch against the card reader. I noticed also they have a Flavia coffee maker with very excellent coffee choices. I didn't need coffee when I visited, but appreciate this attention to detail that the store displayed by offering decent coffee for their customers. This is a great place to come to for paint, and I'd definitely use them on my next project.

It's a newer store, so I enjoy the additional square footage and space for all their great products and samples. (Plus, space is a particularly nice bonus in the times of social distancing.) An associate also did an excellent job color matching a paint swatch for me. I have a good eye for color, and I would call the color match as perfect as we could get. My only con is that when I first came to the store (in May or June?) no one on staff was wearing a mask. I think that may have changed since then but the social distancing measures in place feel a little clumsy. (For example, the card reader is on a separate little counter, but they always ask that I hand them my card.) I still like this store but wish that safety was more of a priority.
