The job I had on this day was a rather large commercial job and by the middle of the job the bushing and bearing failed on me causing me to drive on damaged wheels back to the truck. While driving my rig the 3.5 miles back on pavement with bad bushing and bearings it caused the tires to wear pretty bad, So when I made it home that afternoon I took the wheels and tires back to my local harbor freight store nearest to my home to exchange defective merchandise! I presented my receipt to Joana the teller in which she advised me to go ahead and grab a new set to complete the exchange. So l did so, When I came back to the check out counter (TONY) the manager! Told me he will not except my return and when I asked why he told me that the damage to the wheels and tires did not happen that day and that the wear in the tires happened over a period of time which was not the case! I explained to him that I am a small business owner and the bushings and bearing were defective and he blatantly called me a liar and refused my exchange even though I was clearly with-in my 90 day return policy. (TONY) was very unprofessional at handling this situation. He showed no empathy nor did he show any proper communication skills, This boy needs to put in her place by her superiors before somebody else puts her in her place for talking like an ignorant animal to customers! This employee shows horrible value in loyal paying customers!

Instead of coming over and asking how he could assist, Ronny said to the cashier, within earshot of us, "If they know what they want I can help them because I can't read minds." It came across as dismissive and rude. We weren't asking him to read our minds -- we wanted basic assistance. A store manager should be setting the standard for customer service, not making sarcastic comments about customers asking for help.

    The customer service at SW has gone downhill. It has become a norm for customers to wait 10+…read moreminutes to check out when there's no line at the checkout counter because they are mixing paint or locating inventory for an order. But it does not excuse the staff from NOT acknowledging the customer. I'm calling out Amber for providing the worst customer service of the day. This morning, I stopped by for some paint supplies and got in line at the checkout counter; I was next after the customer Amber was ringing up. When she was done ringing up the customer, she closed the drawer and walked away to the back counter. She did not acknowledge I was there nor let me know someone would be right with me. She stood around for 4-5 minutes doing nothing. Another staff member came from the back, and she told him to go see what I wanted. I came back a few hours later for additional supplies, and the same thing happened again with Amber. She didn't acknowledge me OR the other customers waiting. This time, a customer had to tell her and the other staff member to ring me up since I've been waiting for a while. I thanked the other customer for training the SW staff. I am reconsidering if I should continue shopping at SW. Most of SW stores short staff but at least they still understand customer service unlike this location.

I will continue…read moreto shop at Ashley Homestore and want to thank them for their excellent service in resolving this issue. We have purchased furniture from here the past several years. In 2017 we purchased a leather sectional and a protection warranty. Today, I tried to file a claim only to find out the needed repair is not covered. We paid $700 for this warranty and the sales rep ensured us that rips/tears would be covered. In fact he said, "call them as many times as you want, it's covered." I went to the store today and spoke with Sam, the sales manager. He referred me to the customer care # as there is nothing he can do. He said it's written in the warranty (specifics not provided at time of purchase). Customer care said they were not sure why he referred me to them, he's the one that can do something. It's my fault for not asking more questions and reading warranty in print. But, I feel very deceived by Ashley Furniture. Don't get suckered like

    I purchased a couch from Ashley Furniture Industries in December 2024, and it was delivered on…read more2/13/2026. Shortly after delivery, the couch began failing. The recliner does not operate correctly, works unevenly, and the cushion has already sunk in--making it uncomfortable and look worn almost immediately. I have had two technician visits, and the issue is still not resolved. I've spent a significant amount of time communicating with customer service, but nothing has been fixed--just repeated promises and more scheduling. At this point, I am simply asking for a replacement or refund. I will update this review if the company makes this right.
