He said it's used and I don't have a receipt. I am part of ace rewards and all transactions are held in the system, which he refused to took up. When I pleaded my case he threatened to call the cops on me. I did not cuss or raise my voice. I had purchased over $300 from Ace in the past month and he thought returning a $25 item was unreasonable. It us unimaginable that Jeramie is in charge of customer service. I will never shop at this store again.

I have had bad experiences with hardware stores as a woman lol. As soon as I walked into your store Jeremy greeted me with a huge smile and a friendly "Hello, how can I help you?" While I fished the screw / bolt thing from my pocket, another smiling face came to greet me (Valerie). I explained to them that I didn't know what the size or what it was called , but i did know that i needed 28 of them. Jeremy gave me a friendly smile and Valerie smiled and put her hand out & immediately said " Right this way." She was quick to help, kept the conversation light and was so friendly. Definitely gave me small town vibes and reminded me of home. I come from a small town where there are more cows than people. This was refreshing for Houston. My trip was quick and painless! Until I was almost finished with my project and realized I needed the same bolt/screw but slightly longer. So, I made the trip back to your store and as soon as I walked in, I got the same friendly service from another employee. Jeremy came from around the corner and recognized me and said, "Welcome back." I said yall were so nice i had to come twice LOL. He helped me get exactly what I needed, and Valerie saw me walking through the store and greeted me once again. These are small things but are so meaningful and set your business apart from The Home Depot / Lowe's etc. You have two great employees in Valerie & Jeremy. Please do something nice for them because when you have happy employees, they will make sure your customers are happy too. I will be visiting your store for all of my future hardware purchases. Sorry so long. I wanted to put what happened to me here so…read morepeople can be aware. I went to the Tractor Supply located in Cypress. As we waited the manager informed everyone that it would be limited 2 per family. There were at least 6 groups in front of me and they all lined up. I did the same with my daughter. When it got to my daughters turn she was turned away cause they told her a parent needed to be with her even though she's 13. She was buying for herself and I was buying for my niece. She went back to the car and once I saw the line almost gone I spoke to the manager and explained to him that she was buying for herself and so forth. He was nice enough to tell me she could get in the back of the line and buy her 2. That's the nice part of the story. We get to the register and I told the cashier Brenda that we were wanting to buy 2. She immediately said no that it was 2 per family. I explained to her that the manager had okayed the transaction. This lady literally started raising her voice at me telling me "it's not going to happen", "think of the children" and some other nonsense. So I asked her to get the manager and she started telling me "you can argue all you want but I'm telling you it's not going to happen" All while she was putting everything away. So she goes and calls for the manager and he comes over and tells her "Brenda just let her go. Give her 2". She starts telling him no, because there are people who called and will be on their way. I started to tell the manager what she had said and he's like "no she couldn't have said that". And I'm like yes she did you can ask my daughter and she has been so rude. (Which I spoke to another customer and she witnessed this). So he turns to her and tells her give her one more. So she reluctantly gives me one but the whole time is yelling "shame, shame on you! Think of the kids shame on you!". I'm trying to tell her do you not see a child with me? Which only makes her be louder telling me shame on me in front of a line of customers. To make everything even worse I try to pay with my tap pay with the wrong card and she goes "ha it's declined". I pick the right one and paid. I left in tears feeling humiliated, embarrassed, angry because I am not a reseller. I try to get them one for my daughter that has adhd and these are so helpful in school for her and a second one for my niece. I've never in my life have been made to feel so humiliated like today. Finding these needohs was something fun me and my daughter do but now this has been a bit traumatic not just for me but for my daughter too.

DO NOT use these guys to service anything you have! Took a Pressure washer in that was used once…read moreand yes, I let the gas evaporate, so I knew the carburetor needed fixed. They called with a $288 estimate for a $400 washer. I asked if it was worth it and they told me they were confident they could fix it for that. Brought it home and ran it for 2 hours and it quit! Took it back and now they said there was over $400 more damage to it. Obviously they didn't diagnose it right the first time and obviously they didn't test it after they so called "Fixed IT" Worst service I've had in years. Stay away from this scam service company!

They also carry bar oil, chains, saws and some climbing equipment for us professional arborists. Bar oil is more expensive here but it is good quality oil. They can sell you all sorts of nice John Deere equipment. They do professionally sell and service Stihl chainsaws.
