To my surprise True Value said they had it in stock so I decided to head over and grab it. When I checked in on yelp at the store, I was surprised to see that I had a 10% off coupon. The woman at the register wasn't familiar with the discount, she said that she needed a code to enter in the system and there wasn't one. She called the owner over and he was also confused but honored the discount. You may not be so fortunate if you decide to go, because he said he may have set that up along time ago when he set up Yelp, and he probably needed to fix it. But I was happy to find the paint that I needed at a discount. I didn't take a lot of time to look around because I went for a specific purpose. But the store seems to be fully stocked.

After raising legitimate concerns about my order and delivery, I was repeatedly assured that leadership would contact me "by the end of the day." That never happened. Not to mention, the two in-store managers who promised to return my call. The lack of follow-through, accountability, and basic communication reflects poorly at every level from the store to corporate. What made this experience especially frustrating was feeling completely ignored after being promised resolution. At no point did anyone with decision-making authority reach out, despite multiple attempts on my part. At this stage, I had to request that my third delivery attempt be halted until I can speak with a professional who can actually address the issues. Customers should not have to chase leadership or question whether anyone is truly concerned once money has already been spent. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly eroded my trust in this company. Please note that the purchase was made on 12/3/2025 for appliances that were all in stock.

The associate ended up upselling me and I had no idea until I spoke with the painter. What's the point of having a neighborhood Sherwin Williams if they aren't going to go above and beyond to treat you like family? So I went out with the intent to shop for my home and get travel items for an upcoming trip. I found a scent I liked and got the full size for home and struggled to find the travel size for TSA. I asked a clerk who looked on the floor and in back. A senior rep shared they did not have it but they get trucks 3 times a week and they dont know what's on it as they have no control over ordering. I said can you please call the closest store and see if they have it as I dont mind traveling. I was told NO but YOU can call as they are quite busy. I said we'll if they are too busy for a peer surely they would be too busy for a customer. She looked at me blinked and went about putting away stock. I thanked her dropped my full cart at the door and left. Sadly shopping online has become the new normal as customer service is a thing of the past. I just wished she would've tried instead of the immediate no. When I used to come to them in the past, they would gladly call and if you a 10 percent off coupon for going out of your way.

I purchased the remaining packs and when I got home and opened them I saw that some were opened and in one box there was a whole different fragrance than what was supposed to be in the box. I called bath and body works and spoke with Courtney who told me to come back and return the items. I asked if they could offer something else for the inconvenience because not only will I have to return the items and but I will also have to go through the hassle of buying them online or picking through singles inside the store to replace the purchase. The rep I spoke with Courtney told me that was all she could do and gave me the customer service phone number. I called customer service and spoke with a rep who at first only wanted to offer me a return of the items in store as was offered by Courtney. When I told her I felt they should do more as I technically have to return these items and go home with nothing since they were out of the two-pack wallflowers in store she told me she would offer a free shipping on 50.00 coupon which would require me to spend significantly more than I spent initially. I shop with BBW all the time and was surprised at this level of service but sadly it was not my first bad experience with them. I also had a bad experience during Christmas where the Cotswold location gave me a gift card for a return with no balance on it so when I turned around and tried to use it immediately after getting it, the card wouldn't work. The store associate then told me they couldn't help me and asked me to stand to the side and call customer service myself because they couldn't override their own mistake! Needless to say it's time to stop giving BBW money!
