The woman at the register wasn't familiar with the discount, she said that she needed a code to enter in the system and there wasn't one. She called the owner over and he was also confused but honored the discount. You may not be so fortunate if you decide to go, because he said he may have set that up along time ago when he set up Yelp, and he probably needed to fix it. But I was happy to find the paint that I needed at a discount. I didn't take a lot of time to look around because I went for a specific purpose. But the store seems to be fully stocked.

After raising legitimate concerns about my order and delivery, I was repeatedly assured that leadership would contact me "by the end of the day." That never happened. Not to mention, the two in-store managers who promised to return my call. The lack of follow-through, accountability, and basic communication reflects poorly at every level from the store to corporate. What made this experience especially frustrating was feeling completely ignored after being promised resolution. At no point did anyone with decision-making authority reach out, despite multiple attempts on my part. At this stage, I had to request that my third delivery attempt be halted until I can speak with a professional who can actually address the issues. Customers should not have to chase leadership or question whether anyone is truly concerned once money has already been spent. I love that they preserve history in this area. It gives people like me an opportunity to visit and experience a little bit of Americana that would otherwise be lost. This shop has a lot going on. Not quite a one stop shop but pretty close. A lot of variety in this family owned shop. My mom and I bought some old fashioned hard candies. My grandpa was able to find a new handle for his old sledge hammer. We all got a 2025 calendar (yes, I know the year is almost over). It has some cool old timey recipes on each month. I look forward to trying some of them and continuing the historic experience from afar.

So I went out with the intent to shop for my home and get travel items for an upcoming trip. I found a scent I liked and got the full size for home and struggled to find the travel size for TSA. I asked a clerk who looked on the floor and in back. A senior rep shared they did not have it but they get trucks 3 times a week and they dont know what's on it as they have no control over ordering. I said can you please call the closest store and see if they have it as I dont mind traveling. I was told NO but YOU can call as they are quite busy. I said we'll if they are too busy for a peer surely they would be too busy for a customer. She looked at me blinked and went about putting away stock. I thanked her dropped my full cart at the door and left. Sadly shopping online has become the new normal as customer service is a thing of the past. You can provide them what you're mailing address if you choose and they will send you items in the mail. They have a lot of great sense however we're reading the back of the labels.
