I ordered a washer, and four delivery attempts have resulted in damaged appliances. Each time, the appliance arrived damaged, and I still have not received a washer in acceptable condition. What is even more frustrating is that I have been trying to get my money refunded, but Lowe's has not been able to resolve the refund issue. After spending this much time dealing with repeated deliveries, damaged appliances, phone calls, and trying to get my money back, this has been incredibly stressful and frustrating. I expected much better customer service from Lowe's. I would seriously think twice before ordering a major appliance from them, especially when delivery and customer service are involved. Lowe's needs to take responsibility, resolve this issue, and refund my money. Employees was nicer to resolved the issue but refund is not her hand.

Now, Luke did leave something out. I suspect that he wanted to avoid being indelicate, but I think it bears mentioning. This friendly, helpful clerk patrolling the floors and calling everyone "boss man" looks indigent. He is scrawny, dirty, and missing all of his front teeth. Friendly as hell, but quite a sight. I didn't know what it was either but I purchased one at one of the big box stores, came home to spread the rings on my truck and the tool broke. Literally broke in two. Went online to see if I could get one on the website that is named after the Brazilian rain forest and they only had the bad kind as well. I decided to try Potts to see if they had what I needed. It's a REAL hardware store so tools, fertilizer, seed, nuts, bolts, and more. They had exactly what I needed at a great price! Earlier this week, I stopped back in to Potts to get a few keys made. Most places are relying on machines to cut keys and the machines don't always get it right. The guys at Potts custom cut two keys that worked perfectly! They've earned my business - period. So the next time you're standing in the big box wondering if someone can help your version of a "ring spreader", check out Potts.
