So much so that I used them solely I moved my parents from a rental in Luling to Bryan and the unit they moved out of needed a stove. When I made the trip back I grabbed a stove from AO and took it with me. I have no idea how but when I went to install the stove three of the burners were missing. AO immediately.shipped the missing burners to the rental. When the tenant moved in they called and said the oven wasn't working. AO sent a guy right away to repair or replace it. A three hour round trip. I really can't say enough about Alice, Isiah and all the staff at Appliance outfitters!

As he was taking parts off the dryer to find out what the problem was, he told me to come over and put my fingers together and spit on them then touch the exposed wire to see if it was still working. He laughed and said he couldn't figure out what was wrong with the dryer. He didn't know what he was doing and making jokes and being insulting the whole time. I had to call another place to fix the dryer. His comments were unacceptable and unprofessional, besides harassing the customer, and thinking it was funny to suggest I shock myself for his entertainment. He's lucky I didn't call the police. Stay away from this place! Buddy's appliance has mature, respectful, and professional people who get the job done. Shame to Appliance Outfitters, just a bunch of scammers who enjoy insulting and harassing clients.

This store is so junky…read moreinside and out the outside trash can was overflowing I only seen on clerk ever try to empty it but she apparently was told only the manager is allowed to take trash to the dumpster so it doesn't do any good. Walked into The store stepping over bicycles in front of the door only to find their are no baskets available. Their is boxes and damaged merchandise all over the place behind the register the pile seems to get bigger everyday the same clerk trying to clean the parking lot is the only one I've seen with a broom mop and dust rag in her hands trying to clean up around the register. Everytime I go up to pay someone is yelling for her to come check out I always wonder if she's the only one capable of running a register? Poor lady seems to be doing the job of 3 while the others stand around talking or outside smoking I never see this lady get a break. The manager was arguing with the assistant manager they were cursing and yelling with a lot of customers in the store I finally walked out and went to family dollar. Most the time that dollar general is out of merchandise the sales are useless when the shelves are empty. I have head the manager several times talk to customers about her personal life. She hires all these young people make them key holders they end up calling in sick all the time or quit while other employees that are dedicated gets over looked. This particular Michaels was in disarray with carts full of product sitting in multiple aisles. I only saw one employee. Usually there are more and are available if you need assistance. The saddest part for me personally was the only available checkouts were self checkouts. Of course mine was the one that didn't work and No one was there to assist. This is unacceptable. This is not a reflection on all Michael's locations, for me it only applies to this one. They can do better especially in a busy college town.

Brought a Hustler mower in for service. When it was returned a transmission fluid leak had been…read moremissed and a newly replaced part was already damaged when the mower had only been run long enough to load and unload from a trailer. Took it back immediately but they were unable to determine the cause of the damage. The same issue the mower was serviced for originally recurred less than two months later. Mower was taken back to ASAP. They recommended additional service which had not been recommended two months prior. I'm am unsure if the need for this service was missed originally or if their business practices are unethical and they were recommending unnecessary service. I expressed my frustration at the situation and they contacted Hustler who provided replacement parts free of charge. (This is the only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one.) However when those parts arrived they were only a fraction of the parts needed to repair the mower. When I contacted ASAP they did not to realize addition parts were broken as again the mower was not properly assessed and diagnosed. Hustler would not provide additional parts free of charge and despite my negative experience no effort was made by ASAP to account for their error but providing the needed parts at anything below retail price. I wrote an email to the service manager (who I believe to be a part owner) recounting my experience. I was hoping I was having a uniquely bad experience and apologized would be rendered and an effort made to right the situation. In reply all I got was "Thank you for the information". Unfortunately before the pattern of poor diagnosis, repair, and customer service became clear I bought a new mower from them. I do not plan on using them again but will instead be taking my new mower to Conroe for service. As near as I can tell ASAP deals mostly with commercial business. Perhaps if you are a high volume commercial user they will give you better service than a one off residential user but I cannot recommend them.
